We were welcomed by Mrs. Nina, very kind and helpful. The structure is well organized and welcoming. Clean rooms, bathroom with all the essentials. We had a hairdryer, iron, and washing machine available. Television in the room and fridge on!

The room is a bit small but clean and equipped with the necessary. Since there is no air conditioning, we were forced to keep the windows open and therefore we had difficulty resting due to the excessive noise from the traffic.

Very nice bed and breakfast, very clean, in a quiet location, but close to the train station and a pleasant fifteen-minute walk from the historic center. If I had to come back to stay in Ascoli, I would definitely choose this place. Manager friendly and helpful.
