We had a wonderful stay at this property which is in a perfect location very near the tower and in fact you can see the tower from the upper terrace. The hosts Fabio and Rosa could not have done more for us during our stay, they even arranged our collection and return from the airport. Rosa was extremely helpful in guiding us on where to visit and eat, and Fabio even booked train tickets for us online. The station is just a five-minute walk away and a huge supermarket only 2 minutes away. The breakfast was lovely, they catered to us each morning with homemade pastries, preserves, and lovely fresh juices and coffee. It is a great base to visit all around, and in four days we managed to see the Pisa attractions, visit Lucca and Florence, and even spend a day at the beach in Viareggio, all assisted by Rosa and Fabio; you really must visit them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. They also have the most adorable cat named Mew that you can see in the site pictures. I would like to thank them for a wonderful stay! Lynn and Nikki.

Looking at the photos when booking it seemed different, but in reality everything was different. There were mosquitoes everywhere. The bed was a nightmare. The prices were extremely high for the standard. They were not very hospitable. Let's leave it at that.

Buongiorno signor Pasquale. Un B&B senza colazione sarebbe una assurdità in tempi normali e comunque è sempre a richiesta perché parecchi clienti non la desiderano. Purtroppo, non so se si è reso conto che siamo da un anno in una situazione totalmente anormale, con una pandemia in atto ed è per questo che mandiamo i pochi clienti che abbiamo e che lo desiderano, a far colazione al bar. Tra l'altro questo le era stato detto da mia moglie. Non capisco quindi perché ha valutato la colazione 1, che non l'ha fatta. Ha dato 3 pure al gestore, come se io l'avessi maltrattata. A me non sembra, anzi abbiamo parlato per una mezz'ora, sia con lei che con sua madre. Purtroppo non si può accontentare tutti, ma si richiederebbe alle persone almeno un po di sincerità!! Fortunatamente le nostre recensione sono tra le più alte di tutta Pisa, si vede che la maggior parte di persone hanno un sistema di giudizio diverso dal vostro. Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo poi, 2. Per quello che avete pagato, tolte le nostre spese, riusciamo a starci dentro solo perché non abbiamo personale, altrimenti non potremmo applicarli e saremo costretti a chiudere definitivamente.

Really pleasant stay! The property is very central, just a few minutes walk from the Tower. I found the room very clean and was greeted very kindly by the owner. I hope to come back soon.

Practically a beautiful mini accommodation located a stone's throw from the Piazza dei Miracoli. A bit inconvenient to reach the room due to the spiral staircase. Kind and caring owners. Poor breakfast.

The location of the apartment is perfect and allows you to reach various useful places on foot and in a short time, such as the supermarket, the train station, the bus stop, dining options, and Campo dei Miracoli. The apartment itself is great, especially thanks to the terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the baptistery. The hosts were friendly and always available to provide us with information.
