Fulvia, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful lady. No request was too difficult for her. My room was quiet as I requested a back room, and I almost had a private bathroom nearby. The breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The kitchen was available for storage, with plenty of free drinks and fruit. The WIFI struggled to reach my room, so occasionally I had to go to the foyer. No big deal. There is a metro 4 mins walk away to access the old city. It's one line and free off peak from 10-4 pm. Most of the lifts and funiculars are free. There are plenty of pizzerias and mini supermarkets a few minutes walk from the Hotel. Totally recommended!

The place is great! Fulvia is a very welcoming host and the place is spacious and offers all the amenities. Very well located, the center of Genoa is a 15-minute walk away.

Very kind and helpful lady, spacious rooms and clean common areas, very close to Palacrociere and not far from the old port. Breakfast like at home, little variety on the savoury side (only hard-boiled eggs). The only suggestion I would give is more attention to the furniture. We had a good time.

I booked before leaving for a cruise and I was more than satisfied. The landlady and the family members were very courteous and helpful, they did their best to make my stay, even if only for one night, as smooth as possible.

Simple and welcoming structure, very clean and well organized, rating ten, but I would have given 11 and more to the manager, an exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful woman. Highly recommended with immense gratitude and affection.

10 out of 10 for Mrs. Fulvia and her innate welcoming spirit, extraordinary host and at the same time a strong feeling of being at home. Definitely a great situation for those who want to feel comfortable and spend just the right amount. We were fully satisfied.

Great choice. Besides the excellent location for travelers, the B&B Blue Home is very comfortable, and Mrs. Fulvia is very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it also for the good price.

Fulvia was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room and the entire structure are clean and carefully furnished. Excellent location just a few steps from Genova Principe station and a few minutes walk from the port and the historic center.
