The only thing missing was the air conditioning, but the fan made it work. It was a nice and clean room with all the space we needed. Thank you for the stay.

Good choice for your money. The friendly owner told us in detail how to find his apartment. Clean room with everything you need. Good breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. For a quick route from the apartment to the beach "Pane e Pomodoro" use the 2 bus stops around (see ground view on Google maps). We used bus E to the central bus station and then bus 12.

I took the suite. It has nothing of a suite, there is a bed frame and mattress without a structure, an Ikea cabinet, and a small bed. The floor has tiles from the 1970s and a small bathroom without a window. Call it a bare room, not a junior suite.

Absurd the presence of a spiral staircase as the only way to reach the room (in the basement, without windows but high skylights). If we had a physical disability, we would have had to leave, and I dare not think if there had been an emergency. Towels of 6 different types, with a musty smell. Only one bedside table. Not even a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. And in the room, 5 doors, 3 of which are locked.

Buongiorno signora Ferrari, innanzitutto grazie per essere stata nostra ospite. Le rammentiamo che la camera da lei prenotata era la più economica tra quelle disponibili e nella descrizione della stessa è menzionato piano -1 ovviamente raggiungibile da una scala e per altro è menzionato che non solo la camera che ha prenotato lei ma tutta la struttura non è adatta a persone con mobilità ridotta, le foto presenti sul sito corrispondono alla camera prenotata (tutto corrisponde nella descrizione come dal vero), la camera è dotata di 2 finestre e zanzariere, una a comando elettrico ed una manuale, il bagno è privato interno alla stanza, tutta la camera è dotata di intercapedine ecco perché ci sono delle porte "chiuse" e non avrebbe senso averle aperte. Siamo spiacenti che gli asciugamani non fossero tutti uguali come in un hotel a 4 stelle ma non abbiamo biancheria a noleggio e tra furti e danni li compriamo di volta in volta non riuscendo a trovarli sempre tutti uguali. Per il portaspazzolino abbiamo provveduto, se lo avesse detto durante il soggiorno lo avremmo procurato immediatamente evitando questa recensione e soddisfacendo tutte le sue esigenze. Spiacenti di non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative anche se quando era in struttura non si è lamentata di nulla, lo avesse fatto avremmo posto rimedio immediato a tutto. Non possiamo di certo sindacare sulla votazione da lei lasciata ma ci piace pensare che la struttura valga più di 2 su 10, altrettanto pulizia, gestore, rapporto prezzo e la posizione (a soli 100 metri dal suo punto di interesse). Rinnoviamo i nostri ringraziamenti e le facciamo i migliori auguri.

Perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è solo 7? Cosa non l'ha soddisfatto? Nei dintorni camere come quella scelta da lei nella mia struttura ha un prezzo più alto del 30/40%

Great stay. Some observations, it would be better to specify that the rooms on the first floor are only accessible with a spiral staircase which is a bit uncomfortable and the bathrooms are outside the rooms; the kitchen use can only be used for breakfast.

Grazie Elisabetta della recensione, sono dispiaciuto che tu non sia stata soddisfatta al 100%, ricordando sempre che un b&b non è un albergo, così come i costi (la metà), posizione 7 vicina al villaggio del fanciullo che interessava a voi, colazione 5 con croissant, marmellata, nutella, Yogurt, latte, caffetteria lavazza a modo mio, the e tisane, biscotti, plum cake, crostatine e fette biscottate, miele. La scala è larga 2 metri, detta così sembra una cosa piccola e disagevole, la mia struttura non è adatta a persone disabili, è specificato. La cucina non fa parte dei servizi di un bed and breakfast, altrimenti non si chiamerebbe così (letto e colazione) e comunque vi è stata fatta utilizzare senza nessun sovrapprezzo, nessuna nota in merito. Grazie ancora per il vostro soggiorno augurandovi prossimamente di trovare un luogo che ben si adatti alle vostre esigenze. Nessun addebito per aver macchiato delle federe e degli asciugamani che ho dovuto buttare.

La signora purtroppo a causa di un imprevisto non ha soggiornato presso la mia struttura ed ha avuto una camera a parità di prezzo e trattamento presso un altro bed and breakfast poco più distante dal mio rispetto alla clinica Santa Maria che si trova a solo 230mt da Aback. Ha pensato bene di lasciare comunque una recensione anche se il B&B dove ha soggiornato è un altro! Va bene comunque, magari la prossima volta lo scriva così come ha avuto a costo zero la possibilità di fare il check-in alle 8:00 del mattino. Grazie.

Very nice structure located in a modern row house complex. Meticulous cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Very varied breakfast and excellent value for money. Very close to the polyclinic which was my objective. The availability and friendliness of Ermanno is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money, the manager is an exceptional person, very clean and spacious rooms as well as bathrooms. At breakfast nothing is missing, Lavazza espresso coffee my way, yogurt, cereals, snacks, cake, cookies, jams, etc., I often go back in the area it is the best B&B.
