Our B& B is situated in a location with spectacular views of surrounding countryside. "Demetra" is an ancient building, brought to present day standards with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to enjoy and buy local handmade products.
Our guests will find everything from sport to culture, shopping and relaxation.

Our property is the perfect place for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting. You will love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.

Our guests can take advantage of lovely en-suite bathrooms in every room, free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, car park and our wonderful landscaped garden.

Good structure, quiet, access on a dirt road. The staff is almost absent except at arrival and departure, with a rather neutral attitude. The downside is that it was not possible to either have a coffee or have breakfast (even if included) in the structure, but it was necessary to go to an external bar affiliated in the village, which I did not do. When asked, the answer was "we cannot prepare a buffet for a few people". Okay, fair enough, but at least a pod coffee machine could have been present. This is what someone who usually spends 15 days a month in hotels, B&Bs, or Relais says. Anyway, it was okay.

Salve signor Moreno, noi siamo sempre presenti in struttura abitandoci ma lasciamo i clienti liberi di entrare ed uscire quando si vuole, ognuno ha la sua entrata esterna quindi ci si può incontrare a volte, ma se c'è bisogno basta bussarci. Per quanto riguarda la colazione non pensavamo ci fosse problema, altrimenti potevamo portarglielo anche in camera un caffè. A volte è capitato anche se raramente di far fare la colazione al bar e non c'è stato alcun problema. Ci scusiamo se per lei è stato un disagio.

Definitely recommended. We spent ten days of pure relaxation, the room was very beautiful and the level of cleanliness was excellent. Very quiet place, abundant and excellent breakfast. The managers were very kind. What can I say, a little gem.

One can perceive the care and attention to detail, there is certainly a lot of passion in this simple yet very functional structure. Strategic location to go to the sea or visit the surrounding tourist places.

New well-furnished and clean rooms, excellent Italian breakfast, great location both from the sea and the town, five minutes from Ostuni, Antonio (owner) very helpful and discreet, the peace that can be breathed surrounded by olive trees is the maximum, especially after a day at the sea. What can I say, I recommend it one hundred percent 🤗.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast, very well-kept and maintained both for the rooms and the outdoor spaces: breakfast patio and garden with olive and palm trees. Antonio and Annastella, the managers, are very helpful and kind. Just outside the center, among ancient olive trees, and on the way to the beaches. We recommend it! We had a great time.

We spent beautiful days at the B&B Demetra in Carovigno, surrounded by olive trees and near the beautiful sea of Torre Guaceto. The recently renovated structure is tastefully furnished, extremely clean, and quiet. We sincerely thank Annastella and Antonio for taking care of us discreetly and pampering us with rich and tasty breakfasts. We recommend it to anyone who does not want to risk being disappointed when returning.

We stayed 13 days in this new Bed and Breakfast surrounded by a garden of ancient olive trees. It was a very positive experience: spacious room, exceptional care and cleanliness of the premises, as well as the change of linen, excellent, abundant and varied breakfast. Good location of the property both for the sea and for visiting. A sincere thank you to the owners, Anna Stella and Antonio, kind and very helpful in providing directions and advice. A warm greeting to Antonio and Annastella, available and friendly managers. We felt more than good, indeed we will return as soon as possible. There is no negative note. The structure is beautiful, immersed in ancient olive trees in an unreal peace, the room is very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

We stayed in August. Very beautiful and well-kept structure, kind and helpful owners. Breakfast enriched by very good homemade cakes and local fruit. It is located near an olive grove, immersed in silence but convenient because close to the center of Carovigno.

We had a great time, courteous managers and a very quiet location, but 2 minutes from the village and 10 from the sea. Brand new rooms, excellent quality and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended!

A paradise on earth among ancient olive trees. A fairytale place where you find no faults or shortcomings. The perfect place to relax and wish to come back soon. A new structure managed very well by a real family. A top choice.

The B&B Demetra is located in an ancient farmhouse immersed in a beautiful and well-kept garden and surrounded by a large olive grove, recently renovated and adapted to the new use without betraying its simple original style. The tranquility is total, but the town of Carovigno is very close and in a few minutes by car you can reach the splendid beaches of the area. The rooms are beautiful and very well furnished, the bathrooms are modern and functional, the breakfasts are rich and varied, and the cleanliness is superb. Antonio and Annastella, friendly and sociable, offer exquisite hospitality and pay attention to every detail: my husband and I had a great time and would have happily extended the vacation, if only we could have.

Brand new structure, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, very beautiful, comfortable and well taken care of in the details. The managers are sociable and helpful people. Breakfast with excellent homemade sweets. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing period in Puglia.
