Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very clean room. Quiet area. The owners are very kind and always courteous for every request. I was pleasantly impressed by the correctness of the owner Sabrina who accommodated me for a change of plans. Highly recommended.

Il mio soggiorno da Oasi B&B è stato più che buono. Un'ottima condizione dell'appartamento, buonissima posizione, vicino al mare e al centro storico. Sono molto soddisfatta dall'ospitalità di Sabrina e il suo marito. Lei è una ragazza veramente carina e con un grande cuore. Grazie mille di tutto, Sabrina😘 Raccomando questo B&B a tutti quelli che vogliano un posto bello dove passare la loro vacanza!
