You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Fantastic location, walkable to everything in Montepulciano. This makes it a little tricky to get to - but worth it once you're there. It's a cool old building with charming furniture and beautiful views - we loved it! The only suggestions we have for improvements are primarily with the bed - the mattress in our room was quite hard, and it made it very difficult to sleep for us, unfortunately. Also, we appreciated the effort to provide gluten free breakfast options (thank you!) but would have loved some fruit or hard boiled eggs, as we are used to a more substantial meal in the morning (though, the baked goods were very good!). But this was something we experienced at other B&Bs so perhaps it's just a cultural thing! Overall, we thought the owners were very nice and enjoyed our stay.

Gabriella and her family are wonderful hosts. Friendly and accommodating. The views from our rooms was breath taking. Great location, near everything, even a laundromat across the road. There are plenty of stairs, and the hosts are not on site 24/7- but they are very responsive and can come in 10 minutes if you need them. Hope we can come back and stay here again. Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla piazza principale. Nonostante questo c'è uno spazio riservato per il parcheggio agli ospiti del BeB. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite, come il bagno. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo qualità prezzo.. peccato non abbia la colazione inclusa!
