Fantastic location, walkable to everything in Montepulciano. This makes it a little tricky to get to - but worth it once you're there. It's a cool old building with charming furniture and beautiful views - we loved it! The only suggestions we have for improvements are primarily with the bed - the mattress in our room was quite hard, and it made it very difficult to sleep for us, unfortunately. Also, we appreciated the effort to provide gluten free breakfast options (thank you!) but would have loved some fruit or hard boiled eggs, as we are used to a more substantial meal in the morning (though, the baked goods were very good!). But this was something we experienced at other B&Bs so perhaps it's just a cultural thing! Overall, we thought the owners were very nice and enjoyed our stay.

Gabriella and her family are wonderful hosts. Friendly and accommodating.\n\nThe views from our rooms was breathtaking. Great location, near everything, even a laundromat across the road.\n\nThere are plenty of stairs, and the hosts are not on site 24/7 - but they are very responsive and can come in 10 minutes if you need them. Hope we can come back and stay here again. Thank you Cristina and Gabriella!

Central location, very nice and clean structure. Friendly staff, upon our late arrival they provided clear and simple instructions to access the room independently and also to easily find parking. Even in the morning, they allowed us to leave our luggage for the entire duration of our visit to the village.

The managers were very kind and welcoming. There was only one room left and it had no windows, which the lady kindly informed us about, but it was a clean room with all the comforts even if it had no view.

Excellent structure, phenomenal position (next to the main square), beautiful rooms and abundant breakfast in the room. The only suggestion to give: equip the bathrooms with a heater because during the changing seasons, the historic rooms can be a bit cold.

Very central location just steps away from the main square. Nevertheless, there is a reserved parking space for the guests of the Bellavista Rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and kind. Great value for money.. too bad it doesn't include breakfast!
