We had a wonderful stay at 'Il Castello'. Rosy was extremely helpful in providing everything we needed and giving us recommendations for what to see and do in the area. The flat 'Il Girasole' was very comfy and we very much enjoyed our stay there!

A bed and breakfast like never before experienced. From the price, to the welcome and comfort (the view of the mountain from our hammock and the magical surroundings) passing through the setting, B&B Il Castello proves to be impeccably clean. Rosy and Massimo go all out to delight their guests (a nod to the sumptuous). A huge thank you for everything, breakfast is gargantuan (bring Tupperware to not waste anything;). Only one regret, that of having left! See you soon we hope, Céline and the children. Hello and kiss.

Rosy and Massimo were really very friendly and accommodating hosts! Rosy even cooked me a lunch on the day of arrival and served a bottle of red wine! I felt very comfortable with them! Thank you!

From B&B Il Castello, you can reach Lake Maggiore in just a few minutes by car. Those who enjoy hiking or mountain biking have chosen the right place, as many wonderful places in 'Val Grande' are easily accessible. In case of sufficient snow and low avalanche danger, it is possible to go on ski tours or snowshoeing.\n\nMax and Rosy are very friendly and helpful. They warmly welcome their guests and make every stay unforgettable. Max knows Verbania well and is happy to give tips on interesting destinations.\n\nThe breakfast is a great way to start the day. For those who prefer to dine out instead of using the kitchen, Max and Rosy provide good tips.\n\nThe 'Lucy' apartment is optimal. There is very good Wi-Fi reception, so you can easily plan your tours online. The kitchen is great if you prefer to cook your own meals rather than eat out. The bathroom has a beautiful shower. Everything is very clean and well maintained.\n\nBy the way: Max and Rosy are happy to pick up their guests from the parking lot, so that every guest can find the B&B without any problems. Google Maps incorrectly displays Cossogno, so it should not be relied upon.\n\nConclusion: Top accommodation with unbeatable value for money and very nice hosts. Very welcoming host, like the multi-level structure (Girasoli Room) nestled in a very quiet village with picturesque pedestrian paths. Very comfortable bed and the view was picturesque. Unexpected discovery of the village and the waterfalls just a few minutes into the woods.

Delightful place, welcoming, equipped and very quiet. Max and Rosy are exquisite and very kind hosts, always available and welcoming. The breakfast is good and abundant, with cakes and homemade jams. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Max and Rosy!

Hosted in the structure for two days, very quiet location, very well-kept and clean environment and very kind managers, not out of duty, but out of character and very helpful for any need or information. If I pass by that area again, I will definitely go say hello to them.

Cozy, warm apartment with every comfort. It would be great to have a microwave to be self-sufficient. The owners are wonderful and genuine people who care about making the guests spend a few days of vacation peacefully. The cleanliness of all rooms is excellent, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the brightness of the apartment is great. The Wi-Fi (free) provides an excellent signal. We will definitely return.

I start with my 2-year-old daughter's comment, "this place is magical," she didn't want to leave even with the promise of taking her to Santa Claus, I think I said it all but I add that it didn't even feel like sleeping away from home. Super cozy atmosphere. Massimo and Rosy, managers and parents with little and big guests. They pampered and spoiled us. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart. A must try. And try again.

It is simply stunning, like the managers. Welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The structure is ideal for those who need tranquility, surrounded by nature. And it is 10 minutes from the lake. Amazing breakfast, all homemade and healthy, with the wonderful company of the same managers. My partner and I felt at home. We will definitely be back. And I end by saying that many times the simplest things and people are worth much more than anything else.
