We unfortunately stayed only 1 night. Very comfortable apartment with a kitchenette on a wonderful terrace. Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Baia Verde. Mrs. Maria was very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at the bed and breakfast the first week of August. The structure is very beautiful and new, very clean both inside the room and outside. The owner turned out to be very kind and super helpful. I absolutely recommend spending the holiday in Baia Verde in this structure.

I stayed at Villa Maria apartment with a friend during the first week of August; the house is located in the center of Baia Verde, a stone's throw from the sea and the main services (including a supermarket), 5 minutes by car from Gallipoli (which can also be easily reached on foot). In the area there are the main nightclubs, one of which is reachable on foot in 10 minutes (the others in a few minutes by car). The apartment is a little gem, perfect for two people; clean, cozy and well-kept, just renovated, the best part is the outdoor area (the outdoor kitchen is wonderful). Excellent location, which despite being central, still guarantees privacy and tranquility. The owner welcomed us with great availability and sympathy, remaining available for the entire duration of our stay. Highly recommended from every point of view, with an excellent quality/price ratio considering all the advantages of the location, as well as the beauty of the house.

Very welcoming structure and just a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms are equipped with outdoor kitchens that are a real gem in summer! I recommend it to everyone.

Structure close to the sea and to all the necessary needs, excellent room cleanliness, the manager Mirko very kind and always available for any request. Quiet and autonomous environment where to spend your holidays at Villa Maria. The price is average. If I were to come back to Villa Maria I will definitely know where to stay to be calm and serene.

My friends and I had a great time. Mirko and his family are very friendly and hospitable, always available and ready to help us in any situation. In the residence, the rooms are all close together and mainly inhabited by groups of young people, so I recommend this property to those looking for accommodation in Baia Verde to have fun and who don't mind noisy nights.

Strategically located property, halfway between the nightclubs (many of which are within walking distance) and the town life; as well as by the sea. Very nice room, equipped with a balcony (at least ours) and with a decor that reflects the family management's hospitality. Family-run B&B, always available and flexible to meet every need. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, very helpful and really kind managers, great location and the possibility to use the kitchenette and fridge, quite large room. The only negative point was the lack of silence in the room, but overall a great place to stay.
