Description
LOFTVERONA was born from the idea of 2 architects who are also the owners and end the laborious work of restoration of the original car workshop in September 2012.

It was a LOFT on 2 levels: equipped with 4 double rooms much larger than for the normal standard of B&B private internal bathroom also very comfortable and roomy.

All the originality of the game of volumes you find in the double-height breakfast area, representing a real architectural tribute to what was once the industrial building.

The building was conceived and developed by architects, private Interior patio around a free sky, toward which all rooms are overlooking taking air and light in abundance, and where, in summer, can be enjoyed.

The rooms are equipped with heating and individually adjustable air conditioning and WI-Fi.

Outside the hotel you can park for free and with ease, while the bus stop is just in front of the entrance.

We are happy to accommodate your and our animal friends that are more than welcome.

Inside it is possible to Park bicycles.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

My wife and I stayed at Loftverona while attending a family wedding at nearby San Zeno church. We had a lovely time at this B&B; great location for the San Zeno area, and a short and nice walk into downtown Verona. The location is safe, well lit and easy access to the train station. The room was nice size and the bathroom very modern. Importantly, Matteo was a wonderful host and very helpful as we had to get directions to several locations. All in all, a great place to stay in Verona.

Struttura molto bella e pulita, sita in città ma, nonostante la posizione, è molto silenziosa e confortevole. Pulizia della camera e colazione eccellenti. Senza sottovalutare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Ottimo collegamento con l'autobus che ferma a pochi metri dal la struttura. Lo consiglio vivamente. Non ve ne pentirete.

Ho pernottatto una notte nella struttura del sig. Matteo e abbiamo trovato un posto incantevole ed una accoglienza altrettanto calorosa! La pulizia era impeccabile e la colazione degna di un re!

Il soggiorno al LOFTVERONA è stato picevolissimo. La struttura è nuova, ben realizzata, di concezione insolitamente moderna per un B&B, accogliente, molto pulita. Le camere si aprono su un patio piacevolmente silenzioso. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, con possibilità' di scelta e servita con gusto e gentilezza. La posizione non è centralissima, ma forse proprio per questo comoda per il parcheggio e comunque prossima alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Il centro storico si raggiunge comunque comodamente a piedi. Consiglio veramente questo B&B a chiunque non sottovaluta i dettagli del proprio soggiorno.

Questo B&B è delizioso, rilassante, pulito, arredato con gusto, decisamente fantastico. Il signor Matteo ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ci ha dato buoni consigli per visitare al meglio la città. La colazione è abbondante e molto buona, lo consiglio, grazie per la bella accoglienza.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro, che è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, e a pochi minuti dall'autostrada. Le stanze sono calde e accoglienti e il servizio è più che eccellente. Cordialità del gestore, la struttura, posizione e il prezzo sono punti di forza di questo B&B. Assolutamente da soggiornarvi.

Finalmente qualcosa di diverso nel pur vasto panorama delle strutture ricettive di Verona! Già il nome fa capire subito a cosa ci si riferisce: un vero e proprio loft nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico. Il capannone di una vecchia officina è diventato, nelle sapienti mani degli architetti che gestiscono anche le camere, un luogo in cui le sensazioni che si vivono sono quelle di un soggiorno newyorkese o, per restare nella vecchia Europa, all’interno dei docks londinesi. Pareti in mattoni facciavista, travature in ferro, doppie altezze e passerelle, ampie vetrate sul giardino interno sono gli elementi che caratterizzano la struttura aperta da pochissimo tempo. Le camere sono molto ampie, arredate con gusto miscelando pezzi d’antiquariato e contemporanei e sono dotate di bagni spaziosi: lo standard è decisamente alto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è, ovviamente, di pari livello. Raramente ho trovato di meglio: non posso che consigliarlo!

The area is easily accessible by car as it is close to the Basilica di San Zeno, at the exit of the tangenziale Nord and at the fairgrounds.
The historic centre is easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
In front of our entrance, there is the bus direct Centre: always with the No. 11 for weekday and no. 95 (overnight and on weekends and holidays). With these buses, few stops, you can reach the Railway Station.
At 10 min. on foot you will find the Basilica di San Zeno and 15 min. CastelVecchio For those who come by car, there is ample free parking at 30 metres from the entrance.
