We are delighted with the stay at the Villa Franciacorta. The room is beautiful and the bedding is very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of the owners, their kindness, their smiles, their attentions, and their availability. They recommended very good restaurants to us. An excellent place that allowed us to visit Lake Iseo, Brescia, Bergamo, and Lake Garda.

We stayed three days and had a very good time. The villa is charming and is located in the heart of Franciacorta, literally 15 minutes from all the main points of interest (the lake, Brescia, any winery), and it also has a convenient private parking. The owners - the real plus of the property - are always ready to provide you with any information you need and to help. The breakfast could be improved/expanded, especially if you are used, like us, to the abundance and variety of a hotel, but here the situation is different and that is understandable.

We came to Franciacorta to visit friends. We found and booked the B&B 'Villa Franca in Franciacorta' in Passirano on the Internet, and Villa Franca turned out to be an excellent choice. Beautiful place (garden view) to stay for 4 nights, all good, including the bathroom, excellent breakfast. Mrs. Franca, Mr. Vittorio, and Miss Vittoria are very kind people who did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant. Above all, we want to mention the excellent special evening service: a bottle of their own production wine with something tasty to eat: chips, crackers, ham, cheese. Something you won't easily find with a B&B! Thank you Franca, Vittorio, Vittoria! We will recommend your Villa Franca in Franciacorta to everyone.

Beautiful structure, in the heart of Passirano. Strategic point to reach and visit the various points and locations of Franciacorta. The lady of the B&B is truly kind and helpful, she delighted us with her availability providing us with numerous tips. Definitely recommended, excellent solution also to enjoy the structure in absolute relaxation.

Fantastic location, immersed in the greenery, well-kept and welcoming, pure relaxation. Mrs. Franca and her husband, very kind and helpful, the breakfast surprises you, they immediately bring you a mini croissant and a different slice of cake every day and then ask you which of the three menus you prefer. The walls of the rooms overlooking the garden are a bit thin, you can hear the movements of the adjacent rooms well, but it's the only area of improvement I find. To go to Brescia in the morning, it takes about 20/30 minutes depending on the time and place to reach, but as I often go to Brescia for work, I will return frequently to Villa Franca in Franciacorta.

What can I say, this short stay was a wonder! At Villa Franca in Franciacorta B&B you feel pampered from the moment you arrive: the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean (I have never found a wardrobe, as well as spotless, with a wonderful scent of wood and lavender!). The environment is brand new and in a central yet secluded location, so super comfortable and relaxing. The highlight is the beautiful garden park where you can relax (even with a cup of coffee, kindly offered, when desired): in the evening, small wild rabbits and lots of fireflies also make an appearance. Simply magical. Breakfast is served in the winter garden and you can choose from three different menu options, both sweet and savory: personally, this is a detail that I really liked and demonstrates attention to the customer, preventing the risk of contagion. We will definitely be back soon because it has stayed in our hearts. Thank you!

The structure is very beautiful, elegant, and clean. The view of the garden is lovely. Some services can be improved, especially the breakfast should be enriched. Also, there is a lack of wardrobe in the rooms to hang clothes, and the room should be equipped with a TV, given the price requested such accessories are essential.
