Guest House My Sweet Rome

Excellent location very close to Monti-Tiburtina metro station (only six stations away from Roma Termini). Also, kept immaculately clean and very quiet. The hostess, Alexsandra, called and was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. The only downside (and this was minor) was that my particular room did not have a good view. Overall though, an excellent choice at an excellent price, and right on the metro line. I recommend it.

I only spent one night here. The host was so helpful. I arrived in Rome late and she waited for me. She was great at communicating before my arrival. The Bed and Breakfast is located very close to the Metro station. It took about 20 minutes to get from Termini Station to the location of the Bed and Breakfast. If you are spending time in Rome, this location is ideal as you have easy access to the metro line. The Bed and Breakfast is new and nicely decorated. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the rooms. The room was perfect. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. I was leaving early in the morning so the host made sure that breakfast was ready for me. It was a typical Italian breakfast. I liked the fact that the Bed and Breakfast was in a quiet area but less than a 10-minute walk to the metro. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

Well organized, clean and quiet.

Great structure.

Even though there was no opportunity to meet her in person, the manager was very helpful in providing the necessary information for entering the property, very spacious - especially the room - well-furnished, and impeccable in terms of cleanliness.

The structure is welcoming and quiet, the rooms are cute, clean and spacious, the staff is kind, polite and discreet.

Beautiful structure, comfortable bed and clean services. Breakfast could be improved (coffee machine not easy to use, few hot drinks). Easy access to the structure. Recommended A++++.

Very clean. Upon our arrival there was no hot water but immediately resolved with the help of Alessandra. Pleasant stay.

The structure is very nice and comfortable for my needs, I only recommend adding some shelves in the bathroom. Kindness and high quality cleanliness.

The Bed & Breakfast is in a strategic location, a 5-minute walk from the metro station. Nearby there are supermarkets, a post office, and pizzerias. Our room is cozy, bright, and functional. The breakfast is varied and tailored to every need. The owners of the Bed & Breakfast were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Excellent room and correct and very kind staff. Quiet place and parking available, which is very important.

First experience in Rome, excellent satisfaction clean environment, helpful and affable managers, I found what I was looking for when staying in Rome. It is the perfect base to be close to my relatives.

Excellent structure, excellent value for money, new and clean rooms, courtesy and availability of the manager. I highly recommend it and, for those who love the sunrise, I recommend the room with a spectacular view balcony.

I stayed at Guest House My Sweet Rome as accommodation in Rome because I had to walk a Camino; the Camino de San Tommaso, from Rome to Ortona (PE). I chose this accommodation because I wanted it to be decentralized but convenient for the train, coming from Milan, and Tiburtina station is two stops away from the Guest House which in turn is a few minutes, on foot, from the "Monti Tiburtini" metro stop. MSH is located on the eighth floor, served by an elevator, of a residential building in a residential area, with bars, shops, pizzerias, and other amenities nearby. I was welcomed, after phone agreements on the timing, by Mrs. Alessandra who with courtesy and kindness accompanied me to my accommodation. The interior is spacious, with large common areas, an equipped kitchen, fridge and utensils available. My room was very tidy, with minimal but new furniture, including a TV. The double bed was new and comfortable, the bathrooms very clean, the shower with towels and soaps provided was good. Although the view was of the courtyard and the building, the atmosphere inside was cheerful and modern. At night, sleep was not disturbed by noise, as they were far enough away from the flowing traffic. In short, it is a good accommodation to be used as a base for sightseeing and for rest. In the morning, a good Italian breakfast, with croissants, rusks, jams, coffee or cappuccino from the machine (excellent!), sufficiently varied, starts the day well. Personal variations, using the kitchen, are possible. In conclusion, I felt more than good, I would gladly return and I also recommend it for the good value for money, which is not insignificant for a city like Rome. A thank you to the managers.

Cozy and private place, well-kept and clean. The room is tidy and comfortable because there is also a small table. There is also the possibility of having a balcony, which can be convenient for smokers. The 2 girls managing the property are friendly, very kind, and available for any need. As a couple, we are very satisfied! Rating 4 stars.
