"Il Villino" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Super! Fabrizio wonderful host and breakfast is served by the sea in the best pastry shop in the area. Super clean rooms, shower box, bathroom products. Airport transfer service and all the necessary tips for a top vacation in Salento.

Ho soggiornato una settimana al Villino e da lì mi sono spostata a visitare tutta la Puglia. La spiaggia è a pochi passi a piedi ed è bellissima, alla sera è bello uscire a fare una passeggiata e a mangiare qualcosa. Il signor Fabrizio si è preoccupato di farci trovare tutto al meglio e di darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente. Lo spazio adiacente alla stanza molto curato e rilassante, c’è anche spazio per i bimbi dove possono giocare Il proprietario Fabrizio sempre disponibile ed educato ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Lo consiglio anche per le famiglie anche perché si trova a 2 passi dalle spiagge e dal centro Grazie ancora e sicuramente lo consiglierò come posto ideale per le vacanze

Ottima. Struttura, situata in centro a pochi passi dal mare e dalla rinomata pasticceria Dentoni e dal Belvedere. Il gestore Fabrizio, insieme alla. Compagna e figlia, attento ad ogni esigenza e sempre prodigo di consigli, e stato una piacevole compagnia nel corso del soggiorno, molto ospitevole e amichevole. L'auto si parcheggia all'ingresso della struttura su strada, il posto si trova praticamente sempre e nel complesso la struttura non presenta punti di debolezza. Colazione offerta presso Dentoni per tutta la durata del soggiorno sono stato un ulteriore nota positiva... grazie Fabrizio spero di tornare quanto prima

Personale molto accogliente e il proprietario è molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa, b&b davvero molto bello e pulito, belle camere, ed è a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare, siamo stati davvero bene!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 28 giugno al 5 luglio 2020. Innanzitutto vogliamo elogiare la premura del Sig. Fabrizio, sempre disponibile e pronto a dare consigli. La struttura si presenta ben tenuta e curata, compreso il giardino che rende la villa molto accogliente. È vicinissima al centro del Paese, dove si trovano tutti i servizi essenziali. Abbiamo scelto una camera tripla (uso doppia) per stare più comodi e ci siamo trovati bene sia per la pulizia che per gli spazi a nostra disposizione, molto bello il terrazzo con piante da fiore ben curate e con divanetti. Ci è molto piaciuta la doppia possibilità delle pale e del condizionatore. A metà soggiorno è stato fatto anche il cambio delle lenzuola, che abbiamo molto gradito. Inoltre, dietro nostra richiesta, gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati tutti i giorni ed erano sempre puliti e profumati. Il mare è stupendo, c'è una bella spiaggia (libera e attrezzata) che consente passeggiate sul bagnasciuga e belle foto ricordo. Insomma ci siamo sentiti a casa! Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare al Villino. Sicuramente ci torneremo

I proprietari, accoglienti e ospitali, ne fanno una destinazione davvero speciale. Per non parlare dei dintorni da sogno (il bellissimo mare del Salento) e delle camere belle e pulite. Una vera garanzia soggiornare qui.

Il B&B è situato in una accogliente e silenziosa villa con un bel giardino curato e fiorito. La posizione è ottima, vicinissimo alla fantastica spiaggia di torre dell'Orso e allo stesso tempo al centro del borgo. La gestione si è contraddistinta per gentilezza, disponibilità, accoglienza. La struttura è nuova e pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort. Soggiorno da ripetere appena possibile.
