We were very satisfied and had a wonderful week. Everything top clean, hosts very friendly and attentive. We had free loan bikes available every day. Only the bridge above with car traffic should be mentioned. However, the windows of the room were soundproof.

Very clean room and comfortable bed with a good mattress. Despite a road passing nearby, you don't hear the traffic in the room. Very nice and pleasant owner who speaks German.

Cozy and very clean structure, discreet manager but always there when needed. Perhaps the breakfast offer could be improved, currently made with packaged food from the supermarket.

I chose this hotel because it immediately seemed to be in a good location to spend a weekend at the seaside of Jesolo and also because it seemed to offer an excellent value for money. Honestly, with only one star and considering that the structure was full, I was ready to expect a lower level of comfort than what I actually received. The owner was very kind, very attentive to our needs and those of our children; moreover, on his own initiative, he reduced the cost of the room because he couldn't give us the one he initially imagined. In my opinion, it would deserve at least two stars. If available, I suggest booking the room overlooking the countryside.
