I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy Bed and Breakfast, and I can recommend it highly. Conveniently located in both the train station and a metro stop, it makes travel around the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The atmosphere was inviting and homely. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast each morning was good enough to start the day. While there was not an extensive variety, the available options were fresh and satisfying, providing a good start to my day of exploring the city. The highlight of my visit, however, was undoubtedly the two lovely cats that reside at the B&B. They brought so much joy and warmth to my stay. These delightful feline hosts were friendly and affectionate. As a cat lover, I found their presence to be a delightful and unique aspect of my stay. Additionally, the convenience of having a baggage drop-off option was a huge plus. It allowed me to explore the city without the burden of carrying my bags around, making my travel experience much more enjoyable.

The place was in a nice location, next to Centrale. The room was comfy and had a terrace. Saturdays there is a flea market right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

My friend and I traveled to Milan for one night. And it was important for us that the hotel was within walking distance to the centre, in a good area, and close to the metro. This is exactly the location of the Hotel Paradiso. There are a lot of shops, cafes, parks and other places nearby. There was a market on the boulevard in front of the hotel on certain days - we got there on Tuesday.\nHaving reviewed many hotels in Milan for one night I found that it is a big problem to find a hotel at a low price and with a normal comfortable spacious room. This hotel has standard sized rooms, with a large private bathroom. The room has everything you need, air conditioning and TV. The room is clean and comfortable. \nBreakfast was modest, but I am thankful for what it was and its cost was included in the room rate. Coffee in the hotel is brewed independently and the price is ridiculous compared to the cost of coffee in any cafe near the hotel.\nThe staff were very helpful. We were checked in early and were not charged for it.\nOn the day of check out we were allowed to leave our belongings until the evening at reception. And we were able to walk around the city for another whole day and in the evening come to the hotel, tidy up in the guest toilet with shower, have a snack in the hotel garden and go to the railway station. \nThe hotel has a lovely patio garden with tables and places to relax.\nFor the price, the hotel deserves maximum points! Thank you very much for your hospitality. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Milan.

Very convenient as it is close to the station. I had earlier apprehension considering the rather sketchy areas on the way to the hotel but eventually just got used to it. The hotel itself is an oasis.

I did not like it. The location is in a neighborhood with suspicious people, noise, you could hear every movement, breakfast, although it was included in the price, was non-existent, you had nothing to eat. We personally did not feel safe there.

Location: very close to the station, but the station is in a danger zone, not very nice (not the fault of the Hotel Paradiso of course, but helps to choose another hotel, closer to the center of Milan).

The hotel was really good for the price it had. It was clean and welcoming, and that is something I enjoyed during my stay there. The view from the balcony was nice. The breakfast as well, the only thing I didn't like at all is the position of the hotel. Although it is near Stazione Centrale, the neighborhood in which it was located made you feel sort of unsafe, especially during night time when me and my friend had to come back to the hotel. It had many drunk and on drugs people around, staying in groups, who made me and my friend somehow frightened. Other than that, I liked the place.

Friendly staff welcoming, well located to go to the central station by foot or to use the metro in Milan, but a little old-fashioned, basic breakfast (no fresh fruits or fresh bread), a little expensive for an old-fashioned hotel.

The hotel helped us with what we needed. I'm very thankful for this. Hotel Paradiso is a good option if you're looking for something affordable and close to the train station.

The staff is very friendly, there was a small issue with the shower drainage that was resolved the same day. The breakfast is good and the quality-price ratio is very fair.

We were in transit in Milan between 2 trains. We chose the Hotel Paradiso for its proximity to the train station (9 minutes walk). And also for the presence of a breakfast included in the price and available from 7 o'clock. The reception around 9 pm was very courteous. We had a particular request. The attendant immediately told us that we could trust the owner to have met our wish, but if that was not the case, we should not hesitate to come back to him. He took a moment to show us the breakfast area and accompanied us to the elevator. And all this in perfect English embellished with a big smile. The single room was very clean. A quality that is found everywhere in the Hotel Paradiso. What a pleasure to find towels in abundance and immaculately fresh after a long train journey. There were individual shower gel pods. Very hot water, even if the shower must be held by hand, which can be complicated if I had to wash my long hair. On the other hand, I would have found a real hairdryer. Actually, for me, only a tooth cup was missing. But I did not ask for it. The wifi worked perfectly. There is a socket on each side of the bed and another in the bathroom. For a longer stay, the room was of a good size. Ours overlooked the street, but no noise disturbed our sleep. We did not need heating or air conditioning, but both are available. I found the bed a bit low. I mention it for those who have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. The simple breakfast was also varied enough to offer choices to people who do not eat sweet: 2 types of cheeses and salami in individual doses to avoid waste. As we had a tight schedule, I appreciated that by 7 am everything was in place. The two house cats made us feel at home. But they are well fed and well behaved. They preferred the freshness of the garden to our company. One of my regrets here, the weather did not allow us to eat outside. In summary, a good choice for us. We had booked given the circumstances, but at the last minute, I saw that the prices are really excellent when there is availability. Under such conditions, I intend to return to see if there is a place here during a possible stay in Milan.

It is very well located. Next to the central station and with the subway, it takes no time to get to the center. Quite good value for money. Don’t expect much for the breakfast and the room is normal for the price.

High price for what it is and where it is located.

The best hotel in Milan. My whole family loves it. The staff is super friendly. The garden and park they have are beautiful and offer a lot of peace. The kittens are charming! The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back!

Everything is very good.

I booked the accommodation unexpectedly, but the experience was the best. Incredible attention from the staff, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was included. However, I had to get up early for my trip, so I couldn't try it, but rest assured that when I return to Milan, I will stay there again.

The hotel is perfect, very well located, clean, the room is very comfortable and for me a super important extra is that there were 2 cats ❤️. I felt like I was at home! If I return to Milan, I would choose it again.

In addition to being close to the central station, the hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, the room is air-conditioned, and the staff is helpful.

Everything was perfect, beautiful cats, the guys were very nice, my daughter went crazy for the cats. The only downside: I would take care of the outdoor garden a bit, too many dry leaves and visible garbage, and the toilet drainage is very slow.

We stayed at the Paradiso hotel for one night. The owner and staff were all very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is welcoming and there is also a garden and two beautiful cats. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the time of check-out.

Welcoming and kind.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. Modern and new hall, room with standard furnishings, very clean. I am particular about cleanliness. There is no fridge in the room, an investment that could be made to raise the level of the room. In my room, 102, the shower does not drain the water well. A very favorable point is the pillows, not the classic flat ones but two nice tall and soft pillows. I suffer from cervical issues but I had no negative effects, on the contrary. Overall, it is a good structure close to the station. I would have preferred to pay a little less since I was alone, but we are in Milan, so it is understandable.

I stayed at Hotel Paradiso in Milan and I was very satisfied. For a 2-star hotel, it offers great value for money. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was more than adequate for the hotel category. The staff was always polite and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the location is really convenient, just a 7-minute walk from the station, making it ideal for travelers. Recommended for those looking for a simple yet comfortable accommodation in Milan.

We stayed from the evening of 09 August 2024 until the morning of the 10th. The receptionist was very efficient, kind, and professional. The breakfast environment was excellent, with pampering services for some beautiful cats included. Nice internal terrace as well. To be repeated for my future stays in the Central FS area.

We stayed 1 day at Hotel Paradiso and I must say that I was very satisfied with both the facility and with Giuseppe, the manager, who welcomed us and served us in a professional manner. I will definitely come back.

Hotel Paradiso is very close to the Milan train station. It should be renovated quite a bit, but the staff is very kind and everything seems clean.

Definitely recommended for cleanliness, comfortable mattresses, and quiet area.

Great location and efficient reception. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are perfectly clean. Despite the proximity to the central station, the area is quiet and just a stone's throw from Corso Buenos Aires. It's a no-frills stay but comfortable in every way.

All good, the staff is extremely kind, absolutely a 10. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning. The only flaw, which however is not the structure's fault, is a horrific and continuous stench outside, due to I don't know what. Perhaps there is some oriental cuisine restaurant that brings a stomach-turning smell. I repeat, this is not the structure's fault, where everything was fine. P.S. If possible, something must be done to understand where the unpleasant smells come from and find a solution.

Beautiful place, very well-kept with a lovely garden. But what makes it special is the care and availability of the owner and the staff, they make you feel truly at home. Good breakfast, also ideal for those who are lactose intolerant. The passion that the owner puts into caring for hospitality should be an example.

The breakfast is also good, not a huge selection but adequate to start the day. Many nearby restaurants where you can eat at great prices. If you have problems, you can always ask the owner who will help you as he did with us by recommending a great restaurant.

Old structure, but rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable! The elevator needs fixing, very small, very old, almost scary. And then that dusty grate is unbearable. Essential but pleasant breakfast. To the point that the oversight on gluten-free can be forgiven.

I stayed one night, Hotel Paradiso is nice and clean. The managers are very kind, they kept our luggage even after check-out time. The location is good, 5 minutes from the central station and with the metro you can reach the Duomo in less than 10 minutes.

Having experience in the hospitality sector and currently working as a secretary in a hotel on Lake Garda, I can say that I found Hotel Paradiso in a great location, close to Milan's central station. The room was clean, but I found the welcome to be lacking. After requesting our documents for check-in and handing us the room keys, no information was provided about breakfast time (an expected detail that should still be communicated to the customer), nor about places to visit or attractions in the city and how to reach them, or nearby restaurants, wifi, etc. Information that I believe should be communicated to the customer even if not specifically requested. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be a bit sparse and limited. Despite this, we had a fairly pleasant stay.

Simple but very clean structure. Very spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. New fixtures so you can't hear noise from outside. You can sleep peacefully at night. I recommend this structure. It has a small inner courtyard and I think in summer you can have breakfast outside.

I had a great time, the room was excellent for the price paid and the location was perfect, not to mention the very kind and friendly receptionists. The only flaw is the neighborhood not being among the best in Milan, but excellent value for money. I will definitely come back.

It is a hotel that would require some restyling interventions and more attention to the customer. The room is clean (so the cleaning staff is excellent and the towels are of excellent quality), but it is really bare and depressing. The walls are dirty and need to be repainted or at least touched up. The breakfast is varied, but all the products are of very low quality: the bread, the fresh and packaged croissants are terrible, the savory part consists of Beretta sausages and the cheese in processed cheese slices. Unwatchable. The hotel is noisy, every time someone goes to the bathroom you wake up suddenly with the impression of being under the Niagara Falls. Those who manage the reception during the day stop at the bare minimum in terms of courtesy, while those at the reception after 8 pm are really kind. The garden is very beautiful, but I would avoid going back to the hotel. I would call it a missed opportunity.

If you like animals, there is a beautiful red cat to keep you company and ask for some attention, it's always a pleasure to wake up in the morning and find a little animal wishing you good morning, especially amidst the concrete of Milan.

We stayed only 1 night because we were in Milan for a concert. Convenient location for those arriving at Milan Centrale as it facilitates all movements in the city. Clean rooms and kind staff, very helpful also for the luggage storage service pre check-in and post check-out. Recommended.

I stayed with my daughter for the university open day and we had a great time. 5 minutes walk from the train station, even less from another metro stop. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is not too varied but definitely satisfying in the garden with flowers and turtles, it was really nice. Impeccable room cleanliness, we will definitely come back.

Exceptional location. Decent and well-maintained structure. Excellent value for money.

We spent 3 nights, overall I was satisfied with the hotel (2 stars), great location, very close to the Central Station and Corso Buenos Aires with the possibility to use the Subway (Lima) to visit the whole city. Rooms very warm, abundant breakfast and the managers available for every request. Recommended for short stays.

Hotel Paradiso very close to the central station, a stone's throw from the metro (Lima) and corso Buenos Aires. Warm and clean rooms, pleasant breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Optimal location of the Hotel Paradiso, 5 minutes from the station. Staff available for every need. I would happily return.

Good structure with excellent value for money, much more similar to a 3-star than to the many poor 2-star hotels in the area. Very spacious rooms, simple but with all the comforts.

Hotel located near Hotel Paradiso in Milan and with easy access to metro line 2. Functional structure. Minimal room furniture but sufficient for short stays. Helpful and friendly staff.

Ok.

Two-star hotel, but comfortable. Excellent value for money. Convenient location and easy access from the Central station. A 5-minute walk to Lima metro (Red line) and Caiazzo metro (Green line). I recommend the hotel to everyone.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Very attentive staff. Convenient location. Good room. Comfortable mattress. The hotel is close to the main train station and the airport shuttle stop. 24-hour reception.

The room was a bit cold and the heating did not work. The breakfast could be better. But I liked it and recommend it.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Close to the central station, friendly staff and good conditions! The only thing I would change would be more variety in the breakfast!
