"Al Poggio Antico" is located in Pogerola, a hamlet of Amalfi, about 400 meters above sea level, on a hill full of vegetation. It boasts a breathtaking view, both of the sea and the mountains.

An ancient house from the 1600s, it has been renovated keeping intact the typical "vaults" of the coast.

The building consists of 5 apartments on three levels; all totally independent, with their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom with tub or shower and all have a panoramic view of the sea.

The property is surrounded by large gardens and lemon terraces.

You can reach the center of Amalfi in a few minutes and therefore the beaches in 3 ways:
- On foot, in about 35/40 minutes, through a path of about 1000 panoramic steps, through the greenery and the scent of lemon groves and along the beautiful and typical houses of the Amalfi coast, experiencing the continuous emotion of approaching the immensity of the sea.

We recommend using this route at least once during your stay and only going downhill.

- By bus, from the main road, which will take you directly to the beaches in 15/20 minutes.

The Sita bus stop, the company that serves the coast, is about 800 meters from our apartments.

The buses run approximately every 45/60 minutes.

- By car/scooter, you will travel the same road in about 15 minutes enjoying a postcard view (we would like to point out that our apartments are right above Amalfi and that the length of the route is the result of the circular direction of the road given the mountainous conformation of the Amalfi coast).

From the access road it is also possible to reach in a few minutes the characteristic center of Pogerola, the largest of the Amalfi hamlets, a destination for tourists who love trekking and tranquility.

Here you will find bars, restaurants, markets, pastry shops and also the characteristic churches.

Excellent apartment, everything you need is there. They even change your towels after 2 or 3 days! The view is the best ever, so relaxing! There is dog's song all around, which is funny to hear. It's just a little pain to get the luggage to this place. A shuttle would be a great idea to increase customer experience!

We spent a few splendid days in this beautiful house with a breathtaking view. From the room, which directly overlooked the terrace, you could always see the sea. A great atmosphere with the stars and down there in Amalfi the illuminated boats. We took advantage of the terrace for breakfasts and some evening aperitifs/snacks. However, the house is well equipped, if desired you can easily cook and the basic food items are provided. A great silence, only the sounds of nature and the sea. The only downside, we had to earn it by going down and then climbing stairs. The bus stop is at a short distance, a pleasant walk. The owner has always been kind and helpful. We will come back to stay longer!

We stayed 5 days in this property and we really liked it. The accommodations have a balcony with a sea view and are in a quiet location 10 minutes by car/scooter from Amalfi or 10 minutes on foot via a beautiful staircase path (as is normal on the coast). Our apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. The managers were very kind and gave us a lot of information and suggestions. The village of Pogerola has some nice typical restaurants and from Pogerola there are less traveled but really beautiful treks.

Very quiet apartment with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, usable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Efficient kitchen with the necessary amenities. Even though not written, upon arrival you will find milk and the essentials for a plentiful breakfast (toast and jam) and also Mrs. Luisa is a lovely person, available for any need. Easily accessible by bus and a 5-minute walk from the stop; for the most tenacious and sporty, it is possible to descend to Amalfi also through a 15-20 minute downhill staircase. Surely, if we were to return, we will consider the structure.
