Clean bed. We appreciated the AC. The host was very friendly. Close to a great supermarket. Old room and smelled as cigarette smoke. Sticky floor and some old stains on the walls. It’s located inside some kind of older office building.

Great location. The general cleanliness and the provision of bath linen (only a bath towel and a small bidet towel, no towels) need to be improved. There was no soap in the bathroom (it's hard to wash your hands with the shower gel!). The affiliated bar for breakfast was unsatisfactory.

Courteous staff, fairly clean and spacious room, prices are reasonable. The hotel is a stroll from the island of Ortigia, the historic center of the city of Syracuse, and a stone's throw from the archaeological park of Neapolis.
