Rome Vatican Bed & Breakfast is located 150 metres away from Vatican Museums. From our street both Vatican City walls and St. Peter’s dome are visible. By a pleasant stroll, in less than 10 minutes you can reach St. Peter’s Plaza and Castel St. Angelo – crossing the bridge right in front of the castle you will be able to reach Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Via Giulia, the Pantheon and Ara Pacis. It is located 100 metres away from metro stop, A Line, ‘Cipro – Musei Vaticani’, to easily reach all the other areas of the city centre, also by an efficient network of buses departing from the terminal ‘Cipro’. It offers a wide range of possibilities as regards shopping, in Via Candia, Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo, and dining, with a great variety of restaurants and typical trattoria’s. Rome Vatican Bed and Breakfast is located at ground floor, and has also a wide terrace for having breakfast during milder seasons. It is composed of two rooms, elegantly furnished, each with air conditioning (both for cold and hot air), en-suite bathroom, satellite tv, alarm clock and hairdryer. Blankets and towels are also furnished, and changed twice per week. The continental breakfast - tea, coffee and milk, french toast, croissants, marmalade, juices - can be eaten in our ample terrace, in the kitchen or in the rooms. For all the guests there is also free Internet Point in common area. It is family run. Our multi-lingual staff - english, spanish, italian, russian and polish - is always ready to assist the guests in all their needs, as regards directions, timetables, guided tours, restaurant reservation, public transportation and taxi requests.

I am very pleased with the weekly stay here. The hosts are very hospitable. It is very close to the Vatican Museums and the Vatican. It's calm and quiet here. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely come back here. I recommend accommodation to every visitor to Rome.

Hosts and room were wonderful. Great location though hard to find the first time. Coffee was great but otherwise food was prepackaged. Nothing fresh. A few oranges or apples and some hard boiled eggs would go a long way.

Very good value! The room and breakfast were absolutely lovely and, although the metro is very close, we were able to walk to all the tourist spots. Good supermarkets and quick-eats nearby and Barbara and Ruggero were very helpful hosts.

Rugerro is a most gracious host and he goes out of his way to make everything understandable for you. The B&B is conveniently located, minutes' walk from the Vatican as well as the Metro which will take you to other points of interest; such as the Colosseum. The B&B is very clean and well-kept. It offers a variety of breakfast choices, coffee & tea as well as a beautiful terrace! We loved our stay and Rugerro was an incredible host. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

We spent a 4-day weekend in this establishment, very clean, 5 minutes from the Vatican and restaurants. Family-friendly establishment where all nationalities mix, making the stay richer. And the icing on the cake is the owner "Ruggero" who guides us through Rome maps to show us the places not to be missed. We visited beautiful places thanks to him.

Very, very good. The owner is super friendly and almost a tour guide. He speaks Spanish perfectly, so you can take advantage of it;) \nEverything was very clean, there was everything and a cat visits the terrace. There is no elevator BUT it's like six steps from the street, so no problem. \nThe place is very close to the entrance of the Vatican Museums and to a metro that goes to the important parts of the center (Piazza del Popolo, Spoaña, the Trevi Fountain and also to Termini, so you can go and come back in a day without much hassle).

Let's just call it a bed, which is better. Moka coffee, long-life milk, brandless brioche without batch and expiration date, single-use slices and packaged bread. No juices, no brioche, no biscuits, no fresh brioche as stated on the website. Located in a strategic position but they would do better to offer only overnight stays. Having children, we had to go buy breakfast for them every morning.

We had a great time, Mr. Ruggero immediately advised us on what to visit and provided us with information to move around. A very kind person who made himself available for any further information. Everything in the room was perfectly functional, from the air conditioner to the hot water in the bathroom. The sheets were fragrant. A structure to be chosen with confidence by those with special needs for breakfast (they provided gluten-free breakfast products upon request with great attention to the products). I recommend it.

The cleanliness of the room does not meet what was declared. Breakfast was decent but the kitchen and the terrace were quite dirty. The owner only reached out to ask me to leave the accommodation by 10:00. Lastly, there wasn't even a POS available. In conclusion, I do not feel like recommending it.

Unfortunately, I must absolutely communicate that there was no cleaning of the Room and, furthermore, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, they seem a bit few for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. Complete absence of the owner and/or those acting on his behalf. In conclusion, managing a B&B in this way is easy.

Perfect location, a stone's throw from the Vatican and halfway between the Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations. The Rome Vatican B&B is very quiet and on the back terrace you can even work in peace. The room is spacious and clean. Maurizio and his wife are very kind and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, clean and spacious room (we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and we had a double bed and two single beds and despite the beds we were comfortable to undress and leave the suitcases). The bathroom clean and functional. The area is quiet and very close to both the metro and bus stops. Also, a stone's throw away is St. Peter's! The manager is kind and helpful. The space with the kitchen for breakfast is small but well equipped. The breakfast is simple, consisting of snacks and rusks with jams with the possibility of making coffee, tea and herbal teas. The most particular thing is the small outdoor veranda with sofas and armchairs where you can relax or have a snack. In conclusion highly recommended! I will definitely return!

Structure close to the metro and St. Peter's Square, the managers are kind and helpful in providing information, clean and welcoming. The only flaw was the breakfast; having children with us, it would have been appreciated to have some more juice available, or iced tea and water, but I'm sure that asking would have been enough. In any case, we will consider it for another possible visit to Rome.

Surely when we return to Rome we will always call Ruggero! The friendly and nice owners who, in addition to the warm cordiality, also give you great tips to better settle in Rome. The room is big, cozy and clean, and a very good breakfast also suitable for me who eats gluten-free. I recommend it.

I stayed 5 days with my family at Rome Vatican B&B in September 2019. Everything went well, the owner is very kind and friendly, personally taking care of the property, maintaining order and cleanliness especially in the entrance-kitchen area where guests have at their disposal, if they want, also the stove and refrigerator. Furthermore, the owner also suggested some sightseeing itineraries that we had not thought of, complete with indications of public transport to use. Upon arrival, he also provided us with a map of the most touristic area of Rome. The property is in a quiet area, but really close to the Vatican and just a few hundred meters from the metro station.

We stayed in Rome for a nice 4-day vacation and we had a great time at this B&B. Spacious and very clean room, quiet and well-served area both for its proximity to the Cipro metro station and various means of transport that take you everywhere in the city, and for the many shops, including an excellent local market, and various restaurants and trattorias. The structure includes a kitchenette for a very practical and functional breakfast, and a terrace where you can eat in peace. But above all, a high rating for the friendly hospitality of the manager, Ruggero, who made us feel truly at home, providing us with useful tourist information and tips to visit the whole city and also discover corners of Rome outside the usual tourist schemes. We will return there on our next vacation in Rome.
