We used the accommodation on the way to and from Elba. A great B&B, with a family atmosphere, just to our liking. Located in a very quiet residential area, with very comfortable beds and a good breakfast. But the best part is - Cristina and Fabio, two very warm and great hosts with excellent tips for restaurants and places to see in the area. We felt completely at ease and will gladly return. We were very well taken care of by Cristina and Fabio. The rooms were functional and very clean. Especially worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet with the homemade cakes by Cristina. The B&B is located in a quiet residential area near the Adige River.

My friend and I stayed there for 5 nights and I must really say we felt really at home. The owners Fabio and Cristina are very friendly and helpful. The location is in the middle between Lake Garda and Verona and the thermal baths are a few meters away. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choices (you must absolutely try Cristina's cakes.. very very tasty). The rooms are very clean and cozy. Overall, not a single bad point.

Great B&B, beautiful rooms equipped with every comfort, very clean, extremely convenient for Aquardens and located in the heart of Valpolicella. Fantastic owners, always kind and helpful, always smiling and friendly. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes made from seasonal ingredients, scrambled eggs cooked to order, cappuccino made properly and not from the machines that are now everywhere using freeze-dried products. I absolutely recommend it; Cristina and Fabio are a guarantee!

I just returned from a two-day whirlwind trip to spend a day at the Acquardens thermal baths and one night at Cristina and Fabio's. What can I say? Great kindness and transparency:they informed me that the air conditioner had broken. No problem though:with a nice fan and the door open I was very comfortable. The B&B is immersed in the tranquility of the beautiful garden tended by Fabio and in the morning there is an amazing breakfast with everything homemade. I highly recommend it. We stayed one night with my husband at B&B Santa Lucia and we had a great time. We received a warm welcome, the owners are very kind. Given the very hot day, they made the room cool for us and there was a bottle of water in the fridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, the well-kept outdoor garden and the proximity to the thermal baths were greatly appreciated. Waking up to breakfast prepared with so much love was a great start to the day, there were many homemade sweets for all tastes that were truly delicious. It was really a shame to leave. We will definitely return.

Charming place, very comfortable room full of accessories that made it very convenient, such as the fridge in the room, the double pillows, etc. The breakfast is spectacular, everything prepared by her (cakes, cookies, yogurt). Excellent structure! We had a great time! The breakfast is truly amazing. Cristina is a very good cook, all her cakes are excellent, especially the apple one. Not to mention the bread, yogurt, and kefir. If I had to return to that area, I would contact her immediately. It has a great location to reach different places to visit, it has a very well-kept and clean location, it has a breakfast from which you would not want to get up from the table, and to top it all off, they are truly very kind! You know when you drive 518 kilometers non-stop, you arrive tired and maybe even late, and you also have to argue with the host? Well! None of that! Cristina was very kind and understanding about my check-in time. She welcomed me with a smile and made sure everything was in order. The room is in a new, quiet setting. The finishing materials are of great quality and well placed. I also appreciated the lighting and the fixtures. I felt safe. The room is spacious and allowed me to catch my breath after the six hours of driving! The property is located five minutes from Villa Quaranta, which often hosts events and conventions. Since I did not have breakfast, I could not appreciate its quality, but I am sure it would have met the high standards of everything else.

Cristina and Fabio are two exceptional hosts, friendly, affable, always present and very helpful. The room we occupied was super clean, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. At night, there is absolute quiet, ideal for resting. The location is perfect for quickly reaching the thermal baths, the lake, the river, and Verona. The breakfast is rich, entirely prepared by Cristina with delicious homemade pastries and breads, cold cuts, and artisanal juices, served in a homely atmosphere with the hosts pampering you and providing pleasant company that is always discreet, never intrusive. One of the B&Bs where my husband and I have felt the best so far. Highly recommended.

What can I say... Everything is truly top-notch! Cristina is a very kind hostess and her B&B Santa Lucia is really beautiful. The outdoor garden leading to the apartment is very well-kept and clean, and the apartment itself is also well taken care of in every detail. I appreciated the double pillow so that I could choose the one that best suited my needs. Breakfast? Everything and more with delicious homemade cakes. Fabio's cappuccino is the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights. The structure is in a very quiet and peaceful area and is 1 km from the Aquardens thermal baths and 15 minutes from Lake Garda (Lazise, Bardolino, ...) and also from Verona. The managers are super welcoming. The room is very beautiful. The breakfast is spectacular with homemade cakes, homemade yogurt, and top cappuccino (2 cm of foam). Highly recommended!

Really welcoming place, very close to the thermal park, the managers are very friendly and available for any eventuality. Second time I come to this B&B Santa Lucia after a year and the management is really excellent, the owners are always very nice and helpful in every way. The breakfast is delicious, with homemade sweets, really good, and also with some savory options. The room cleanliness is excellent. The location is very strategic, just under 2 minutes by car from the thermal baths, close to both Verona and Garda areas. Really SUPER TOP, highly recommend it.

The B&B Santa Lucia is enchanting, located in a very quiet area, a three-minute drive from the Aquardens thermal park. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Not to mention the lovely little room where I had breakfast with my family. We were ecstatic by the richness and goodness of the table set by the managers. There was every good thing, but a special mention goes to the cakes prepared by Cristina. Cristina and her husband Fabio practically welcomed us into their home as if we were long-time acquaintances, making us feel immediately at ease. They are two very nice people whom I hope to see again soon. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We returned sure to be welcomed as the first time, and so it was. Room, cleanliness, tranquility, privacy, and top breakfast. Very convenient location to reach Aquardens (a few hundred meters away), but also the lake and Verona. The structure is very simple but well-kept, and is very close to Aquardens. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the owners are very kind and helpful, even over the phone. The breakfast is homemade and offers several alternatives, you can really feel the attention to the customer and the passion for this job. The cappuccino was top-notch. We really liked the structure, it is simple and relaxing. Too bad for the short stay, but we will definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights in the triple room Fior di Loto. The room was equipped with all the comforts and had an outdoor terrace. The breakfast was plentiful with delicious cakes prepared by the owner. The excellent cleanliness and the great courtesy of the owners made our stay even more enjoyable. Nearby you can find the thermal baths, Lake Garda, Gardaland, and Verona.

We found a very well-kept environment, from the garden in perfect order, to the clean room with every detail studied down to the smallest details. The location of the house is strategic: in a very quiet area, but a stone's throw from many attractions (lake, mountains, city, thermal baths). Cristina and Fabio are truly helpful and welcome with smiles and cordiality offering fantastic breakfast products made by themselves with a range of sweet, savory and drink delights. You feel welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Splendid B&B located in a new residential area, very close to the Acquardens Thermal Baths and not far from the Garda Lake Thermal Baths - Villa dei Cedri. Recently built structure, cozy rooms even if a bit small (at least mine) but since we only sleep there, it's fine. Very careful cleaning, very comfortable bed and pillows. Owners very courteous, friendly and helpful, super breakfast in the morning, excellent sweets prepared by the owner. Definitely a structure to recommend, we will come back.

The B&B Santa Lucia is located in a strategic area to reach Verona and the hills of Valpolicella, as well as very close to the thermal baths. The room was very nice, clean, and tidy. The owners are very friendly and super helpful: they were able to give us all the necessary information for our weekend. And the breakfast is truly superb: Lucia's cakes are really fantastic! We stayed for 4 days, my wife and I, at B&B Santa Lucia feeling at home thanks to Cristina and Fabio. The atmosphere is very familiar yet well-kept, clean and welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful with homemade cakes, savory options, freshly squeezed juice, and excellent coffee. The property is in a strategic location for day trips to Lake Garda, Verona, and Mount Baldo. The thermal baths are just a stone's throw away. Definitely recommended. Thank you again.

What really makes the difference are the owners, truly 2 lovely people who make you feel at home. For the rest, I confirm all the excellent reviews on cleanliness, comfort (memory foam mattress and pillows), and breakfast. A car is necessary but a strategic area to move between Verona and Lake Garda. Worth going back!

B&B located in a strategic place to visit the Aquardens thermal baths, but this is not the only advantage! The managers of the structure are kind, hospitable, and helpful. It almost feels like being at home. The room where I stayed was clean and quiet, upon waking up I felt rested at 100%, not to mention the excellent air conditioning system, an option that makes the evening pleasant in these sweltering summer days. Breakfast is another strong point of this structure, excellent choice of sweet products all homemade. I can't wait to come back.

We were greeted by the very friendly owner in an extremely clean and quiet structure. The room was really beyond expectations. The breakfast was plentiful (the homemade cakes were a surprise within the surprise). The owner (I reiterate) is an exquisite person and courtesy is felt from the beginning to the end of the stay. The property is 3 minutes from the thermal baths and a few minutes from Lake Garda. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and the hosts very hospitable. Cristina really makes you feel at home, especially during breakfast. The buffet is full of homemade cakes and cookies in a nice and cozy kitchen. We will definitely come back.

The place is very nice, but what makes the difference are the managers Cristina and Fabio capable of always giving you warm welcomes and making you feel at home. For us, going back to B&B Santa Lucia is a real treat. And Cristina's cakes are exceptional.

I believe no more words are needed. The property is a small villa, located in a quiet yet strategic position, close to the parks of Garda and very close to the Aquardens thermal baths. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. The garden with chairs and tables available is well-kept. Abundant breakfasts with everything from sweet to savory. Homemade cakes and cookies. Want some crepes? You can also find those, and they are delicious. The hosts? There are no words to describe Cristina and Fabio, they are not the "hosts", they are friends who know how to welcome you in a spectacular way. They make you feel like part of the family. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Cristina and Fabio's from June 24th to September 29th and what can I say, unparalleled hospitality. Cristina and Fabio make you feel at home, they are platinum people, not even gold, very nice, very sweet, and full of attentions. We stayed at this B&B for almost a week, me, my wife, and my 7-year-old son. The room is beautiful, spacious, with parquet flooring which makes you understand the care that has been put into creating this structure. Nothing is left to chance, including the excellent cleanliness. Also, an excellent WIFI connection, which is now a must, completes the range of services available. The bathroom inside the room is perfect, a beautiful large shower and everything is well cared for even in the finishes. The B&B is in a strategic position and allowed us to go to Gardaland (a short twenty minutes to get there) and to the Aquardens thermal baths (spectacular, never seen such thermal baths and just a minute away). Cristina will pamper you in the true sense of the word in the morning, offering you a breakfast fit for a king. The cakes she will make you find are worth the stay alone, but you will not find just one, but several, and for those who, like us, appreciate genuine products, you will surely be surprised by the goodness of what is offered to you. A big plus is the agreement with various facilities, such as the thermal baths, Parco Sigurtà, and so on. Also for dinner, Fabio and Cristina know how to advise you best on where to eat at very reasonable prices. Having said that, we can only tell you that this is a must-stay structure for those who want to stay for your holidays (Gardaland, Thermal baths, Lake, and much more). In short, for us who have been approaching the B&B experience for about 4 years (coming from 4 and 5-star hotels), we can tell you that this structure is among the best we have visited, located in an oasis of serenity and in a truly charming context in a provincial town. For us, it will always be our reference point for holidays in Veneto. A warm hug to Fabio and Cristina whom we hope to meet again as soon as possible because they are truly beautiful people.

A beautiful property, very clean and well-kept, in an ideal location for going to the nearby thermal baths, visiting the beautiful city of Verona, and taking excursions to Lake Garda. We were able to do all three things living a vacation marked by comfort, relaxation, and enjoying the hospitality of the hosts, two truly delightful, kind, and very helpful people who made us feel at home and pampered us with a plentiful and delicious breakfast every morning, pleasant conversations, and useful advice for our stay. They never let us miss anything: you can really see that they have a passion for their activity that is reflected in their way of welcoming tourists, with that grace and that friendliness that encourage you to get to know the places and people of these wonderful lands. They also took care to find us alternative accommodation due to works in the property to not disrupt our stay, keeping the agreed conditions unchanged, which we greatly appreciated. Right from the start, we understood the level of professionalism of the hosts, for whom the comfort of tourists is a fundamental point. We will definitely return!

The loggia at the entrance of the room with sofas and small tables is a jewel that allows you to admire the panorama of the surrounding hills. All the '10' ratings seem to be put randomly and in a hurry to do it quickly but even thinking about it or looking for the negative side of every little thing, we can't help it! The small family-run structure is positioned in a 'strategic' spot because it is close to both the thermal baths (with the possibility of getting good discounts) and the city center (which is about a 15-minute drive away). The cleanliness is impeccable, we didn't find a single misplaced comma. What strikes us the most (besides the beauty of the rooms) is the total availability and friendliness of the hoteliers! They were very friendly and welcoming and were able to give us valuable tips even on our afternoon trip to Verona (it was spectacular haha). Great B&B, we had a wonderful time! Fantastic welcome, beautiful room with all amenities, breakfast with a wide selection that you would eat everything! It's just a few minutes from all the main destinations not only in Veronese and Garda, a stone's throw from Aquardens. Also located in a very quiet village without any kind of disturbance, just a place to relax. I think this spring we will gladly return to visit many other beautiful places ;) Recommended to all young people and families.

We stayed a few days at B&B Santa Lucia. Beautiful structure, cared for in every detail directly by the owners. What struck me was the love with which Cristina and Fabio manage this gem. Nothing left to chance, everything really excellent from the room where you can see Cristina's hand in her paintings, to the wonderful and excellent cakes all rigorously homemade. What can I say, more availability, professionalism, excellent value for money. It's a pity that we stayed for a really short time, but I promise you that next time we will stay much longer. I confirm my previous evaluation of B&B Santa Lucia. Extremely clean place, nice to stay in, lavish breakfast with (many) homemade cakes by the owner. Always smiling, after 2 minutes it's like you already feel like a guest of friends, generous with information. The price is really affordable for the quality of the room, especially mine was the "Lotus flower". What can I say? I recommend it.

Very nice bed and breakfast, you have your own independent entrance, very quiet, the hosts Fabio and Cristina are a very kind and very helpful and welcoming and very friendly couple, we almost felt at home. Functional and clean rooms, a delightful garden kept in impeccable condition. Very convenient for the thermal park, the lake, and Verona, and amusement parks (Gardaland, Moviland, etc.). I definitely recommend it also in terms of quality/price ratio. The breakfast is full of homemade cakes, juices, cereals, brioches, crepes, etc. Not to mention their availability in providing any kind of information. It was a pleasure to get to know this B&B, and especially Fabio and Cristina! Beautiful and the managers are super courteous! It is well-maintained and very close to the Aquardens Thermal Park. Recommended also for young couples and in my opinion comfortable even for more than two people. It is not very close to the center but Verona is magnificent everywhere in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Santa Lucia for two nights. The purpose was to relax one day at the Aquardens thermal baths and spend a weekend in tranquility. We were very pleased to have chosen this B&B as it is just a few minutes by car from the thermal center, surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape, and in just ten minutes by car we reached Lake Garda for a pleasant walk. The room and the private bathroom were also spotless. We are happy to recommend this accommodation especially for the owners Fabio and Cristina who were very welcoming, kind in giving us advice on places to visit in the surroundings, and very nice with us and the other guest couples during those days. They are really good people and we are happy to have met them thanks to this weekend. Finally, we cannot forget the very varied and abundant breakfast with many delicious homemade cakes! Congratulations again to Cristina and Fabio, thank you again, as soon as we have some days off we will definitely come back to you!

Really everything very nice. The managers are very kind and help for anything, very nice and available to chat. The breakfast was more than abundant with a wide choice between sweet and savory, all homemade. The room where we stayed was small but had everything necessary, it was comfortable and the perfect atmosphere. A few minutes from the Parco Natura Viva Zoo and one minute from the thermal baths. It feels like being with family with Cristina and Fabio. Extremely clean room, excellent hospitality. The breakfast is prepared on the spot and with great attention to detail, which my family appreciates. Cristina gives helpful advice for those who appreciate simple and natural things, especially in sweet treats like cakes, and she is also a lover of natural methods. Fabio, besides being the man of the house, is a great mappale advisor (better than the ton-ton). His only flaw is being a fan of a team that shall remain unnamed by me. My family and I chose this Bed and Breakfast for its proximity to the places we wanted to visit, and I must say it turned out to be an excellent choice! The breakfast was excellent with many delicious cakes made by Cristina and warm croissants... and what about the freshly made crepes? Everything was perfect. Also, our little one was fascinated by Milù, the house's kitten, truly sweet and affectionate. I find myself having to give the highest score on everything! I stayed at the B&B Santa Lucia for just one night with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The rooms are very beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Spacious and bright. Everything is really perfect. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent! Homemade cakes, chocolate salami, jam made by the owner, all plentiful and good. The owners are very kind and very nice. Their property is also affiliated with the "natura viva" zoo safari, with reduced-price tickets. Another point in favor is the proximity to the Aquardens center. I will definitely come back!

I can only give the maximum score! My boyfriend and I were truly happy to have stayed here and we will definitely return! The hosts are nothing short of exquisite people, they welcomed us warmly and did their best to make us feel wonderful! Beautiful house, very well-finished and furnished rooms, fantastic memory foam bed, stunning area and a breakfast with a wide selection. Nowhere else have I had the pleasure of having breakfast with chocolate salami and a cappuccino with one and a half centimeters of foam! They are very nice, kind and especially funny. I must say a fantastic couple, they advised us on some nice places to eat and visit and moreover, I do not know if it is written, they have a partnership with Aquardens! To spend a nice night and start the day with a hearty breakfast, come to Cristina and Fabio! Until next time!

An ideal place to visit the Aquardens thermal park and many other parks. The owners welcome guests with extreme kindness and take care of them by providing useful advice. Alessandra bakes cakes of all kinds in the morning and my children also appreciated it very much. A nice nearby park to visit, recommended by them, is the one with the waterfalls, a plunge into unspoiled nature. I almost forgot, Milù, the kitten of the house, enchanted my children with her sweetness. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I chose the bed and breakfast for its proximity to the Aquardens thermal baths. In fact, we found a warm welcome from Cristina and Fabio, the owners. I, along with a couple of friends and their children, spent three truly wonderful days. Fabio and Cristina are welcoming and friendly, the structure and the rooms reflect exactly what is seen on the website. Congratulations to Fabio and Cristina, the owners of B&B Santa Lucia: they are two wonderful people, very kind and friendly. We stayed at B&B Santa Lucia between Friday and Saturday to have a place to sleep after an evening at the Aquardens spa, which is located 500 meters from the property. We arrived around dinner time and were immediately welcomed in the best possible way. The room is spacious, cared for in every detail, with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, independent entrance, but above all with a memory foam mattress in the bed... very comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was rich with homemade cakes and every good thing one could possibly desire. We ended our short stay at B&B Santa Lucia with a chat with the very helpful owners, who gave us a thousand tips on how to finish our day by illustrating the various opportunities in the area. An experience definitely to repeat.

We stayed for a weekend in this structure and I would say that we made the right choice. The owners Fabio and Cristina are two very welcoming and helpful people, they even lent us a swimsuit so we could go to the Aquardens center, which is very close to the structure and is a very relaxing place. As for breakfast, there was nothing missing, all the pastries were homemade and delicious. We will definitely return because it is located in a convenient position to visit Lake Garda.

Surprise weekend for my boyfriend. I contacted Fabio from B&B Santa Lucia who immediately gave me the availability for a brand new double room, Tulipano, on the ground floor of their beautiful house, in a quiet area of the equally quiet Pesantina. Just outside Verona, very close to Lake Garda and right in the heart of Valpolicella, the location is ideal for any activity to do in the surroundings, starting from the amusement parks on Lake Garda, or a visit to the city of Verona, but also lesser-known itineraries such as Aquardens, the new thermal park of Valpolicella which is 2 minutes by car, or a food and wine tour for the wineries of Valpolicella. Alternatively, for mountain lovers and those who enjoy walks, we went to the Cascate di Molina, 20 minutes by car from Pescantina. We really recommend this B&B and hope to have the opportunity to visit you soon. Thanks also for the restaurant recommendations in the area and for the exquisite and abundant breakfast.

Perfect stay. The structure is a portion of a beautiful villa located in a quiet street, so it is very peaceful. There is no shortage of parking. The village is in a strategic position both for those who want to move to Lake Garda and visit amusement parks (20 minutes), as well as for the proximity to a brand new thermal center (700 meters), as well as for going to Verona (15 minutes) and finally also for taking a tour of the wineries in the beautiful Valpolicella. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept. The welcome from the owners (Fabio, Cristina, and Davide) is definitely a plus. It was really pleasant to spend time chatting about this and that with them, we felt really like guests in a friend's house. Our room was very beautiful and equipped with all comforts (private access, air conditioning, television) and the bathroom was provided with everything we needed, from the hairdryer to towels, to personal care products. Every day we found two bottles of water in the room at our disposal. Included in the service is breakfast. One of the best we have ever had thanks to Fabio's availability and the vast selection of products (from jams to different types of biscuits, to rusks, sliced bread, various fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk, honey, Nutella, yogurt, fresh fruit and not least the fantastic and amazing cakes and tarts prepared by Cristina!). The attention that these fantastic people dedicate to the customer is a sign of their passion. They have always been very available even in providing us with excellent and precise directions in case of need and in advising us on the best choices (such as visiting the Aquardens park, a fantastic experience). We will definitely return to visit them soon, it was a bit like being at home, away from home. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at B&B Santa Lucia to visit the Aquardens spa. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the owner Fabio, who was very nice and super welcoming! He offered us a coffee and, since the room was not ready, we arrived early and he let us leave our luggage without any problems. The property is a beautiful villa in a closed street, surrounded by well-maintained greenery. The room with the bathroom was perfect, comfortable, spacious, and very clean. On the bedside table, there were even two bottles of water and Golia candies. Bath towels were provided, everything was perfect. The breakfast in the designated room was abundant and delicious, from homemade bread to cakes and ending with jams. The location is convenient for moving around and, in our case, it takes very little to reach the spa, about 800 meters. What can I say, maximum scores! And compliments to Fabio and his wife! Highly recommended!

B&B very welcoming and comfortable. Located in a very quiet and relaxing position. A beautiful structure located in the greenery of Valpolicella just a few meters from the Aquardens thermal park and ten minutes from Verona. The owners are very nice: Fabio prepared a table for fourteen filled with all kinds of good things for breakfast and Cristina was an excellent accomplice for a surprise made for my girlfriend. We received written directions on the various chosen itineraries and even Fabio reserved two places for us in a pizzeria at ten in the evening, delicious food and excellent prices. My girlfriend and I had a wonderfully good time and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful structure.

The owners are very kind, accommodating and helpful! Even though we only stayed one night, the atmosphere was pleasant. The room and bathroom were kept very well, the breakfast was rich and good, and there was flexibility with the check-in and check-out times. It is definitely an excellent solution for young people looking to spend little while not sacrificing the quality of the services for which they pay.

I did not expect such a warm and welcoming reception. The breakfast was great, without reservations. If I need to stay again in those areas, this B&B will be on the top list.
