We stayed here for the Immaculate Conception weekend. Great location: Madesimo is about half an hour away (our goal was the snow) and the towns near Chiavenna in Valtellina are easily reachable. The apartment has all the comforts of home and a very nice mountain view. Elena was extremely helpful with clarifications or suggestions on what to do nearby.

Very warm welcome from the hostess. She always responded very quickly to my questions. The location is very quiet and pleasant. The center of Chiavenna is easily reachable on foot in about 20-30 minutes via paved paths that cross the meadows. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a large balcony.

The rating is an average between the basement apartment (rating 10 - everything excellent) and the studio (rating 7 for the nighttime noise from the purifier/dehumidifier - it is not allowed to turn it off - and a noticeable smell that is absolutely not unpleasant but not pleasant).

Great solution, quite economical 17 kilometers from Madesimo. However, in 25 minutes you can reach the ski slopes. 15 minutes from the Campodolcino cable car. Structure is fine for people without great demands. Everything is fine.

Quiet place, central and convenient location for services. One thing to improve is the attention to the cookware, which really needs to be changed, and also the very worn sheets. Lastly, it's the first place where I didn't see the host in person, we always communicated by phone (very helpful), which is very strange and I would have definitely preferred to deal with in person.

I stayed at this B&B after a bike trip/work. Beautiful structure, in a nice location near the center of the small village. It is 1 km away from Chiavenna, so everything you need is nearby. Spacious room, clean and equipped with 2 TVs, shower, bathtub, and a small living room with kitchen... in short, you couldn't ask for better. The girl who welcomed me was kind and fulfilled my requests regarding the stay. I would come back. Well done.

The manager with his wife and children are very nice and it is always a pleasure for us to come back. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with a small kitchen and a coffee machine. The bathrooms seem almost new and there is a washing machine. The rooms are perfect for two adults but also for a family with one or two young children. We like the fact that even dogs are welcome. All the guests were kind and quiet. From there you can go on many beautiful excursions, such as in the mountains, to the lakes or in the center of Chiavenna.

Excellent structure for hospitality, location, and cleanliness. Marco and his family make you feel at home right away. They recommended places to visit and where to eat typical dishes. Strategic to discover the stunning valleys that surround it! The waterfalls of Acquafraggia can be easily reached by bike (we had our 2 and 4-year-old kids pedaling without problems). By car or by bike (much better), it is not a problem to move around, because in every direction, you can find beautiful places and helpful people. St. Moritz and Lugano are not far away, but we preferred to take advantage of the long cycling paths available. In short, all positive! We will come back even in winter!

The apartment is spacious and equipped with all comforts, the owner is kind and always available to provide instructions to visit the area. The property has indoor parking with a large garden, pool, and sunbathing area. As for the price, we spent just the right amount. If I were to come back to the area, I would definitely return.

Great affordable solution to stay in this beautiful valley. I was very impressed by the cleanliness. The mini apartments are an ideal solution for those who want more flexibility with meals, being equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and dishes. A stone's throw away there is a supermarket and a pharmacy. It's a shame we only stayed for one night, hopefully we will return soon.

My husband and I with our little dog stayed only 1 night, too bad we would have gladly stayed a few more days. The extremely kind and well-informed manager gave us very interesting suggestions, allowing us to plan our stay better and fully enjoy what the area has to offer, ranging from excursions, cultural activities, and food and wine experiences. As for the structure, being a guesthouse, the judgment is very personal because, from experience, everyone has different ideas and expectations. We, a family of two adults and two 3-year-old girls, had a good time; the room was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. In the end, the value for money is definitely advantageous. I stayed at this property for several weeks for work in Chiavenna. I would describe the cleanliness, the rooms, and the price in one word: sublime! Not to mention Marco and his partner Elena, well for them the word sublime would be an understatement, it takes much more. My partner and I were treated like family, not just guests! Thank you guys, in short, highly recommended.

We only spent one night, but the cleanliness of the apartment, the welcome, and the friendliness of the manager Marco were impeccable. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and the garden is well-kept and great for those with children.

Good and clean structure, ideal for relaxing, located in a little trafficked area. In half an hour you can easily reach the border with Switzerland. The manager is very kind and helpful, functional rooms and excellent quality/price ratio.
