Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

It was an amazing holiday. It was beyond our expectations. Our cottage has a lovely terrace next to the pool. We could swim all day. The property is clean and really cozy. The view was stunning. There is a small shop near the property that offers fruit, vegetables, ham, bread, and dairy. The natural beach is 5 minutes by car. The long sandy beach and the sea were clean. The water was a bit cold. But it was nothing compared to the feeling of being there without the crowd.

The place is really very nice for a stay. The location is perfect, near interesting places and near beaches. The view over the sea is tremendous. You really get your rest, the tranquility gives one the best rest needed for holiday. The owners are really helpful and very approachable. The hospitality is good, and the owner speaks good English.

I stayed for a few days with my wife, we really enjoyed ourselves, kind and helpful owners, the place was really nice, clean, with a pool with a beautiful view and a small outdoor whirlpool tub available. An ideal place for those who want to relax, if I were to return to those areas I would choose the Oasis of the Village again.

Lovely stay. The structure is very beautiful, well-kept, and clean, located in a quiet position ideal for those who love relaxation and want to enjoy a beautiful panorama. Not far away there is a very long and uncontaminated beach, easily accessible, you can reach it by car and park with ease. Additionally, inside the village there is a small orchard available to guests. In fact, we picked some very delicious tomatoes. My children had a great time in the pool. The managers were kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Well maintained and cared for residence. The owners take care of the cleaning daily, the view of the reserve with the sea in the background is very beautiful and it's pleasant to lie on a sunbed with a light breeze by the pool (the thermometer showed 46° when I was there). The supply of dishes definitely needs improvement, all mismatched and quite scarce. Everything inside is nice, unfortunately the surrounding area is really backward and very dirty. There are no services and there is garbage everywhere. Having such a heritage and not taking care of it is criminal. For this reason, the price is too high compared to the external services offered.

Salve Romina, grazie del prezioso contributo. Faremo senz'altro attenzione con la fornitura di stoviglie. Tra una partenza e l'altra sarà successo qualcosa. certamente da controllare meglio. Chiedo venia. Mi danno la vita sul fatto che siete stati 2 settimane presso la nostra struttura e mai ci è stato comunicato di problemi sulle stoviglie. Abbiamo un deposito pieno. Bastava un cenno. Certamente da migliorare questo aspetto. Grazie per averlo segnalato. La spazzatura per le strade (nelle periferie più che altro) è un problema serio che riguarda tutto il meridione se non tutta l'Italia. Non credo che dalle nostre parti la situazione sia peggiore, anzi, a detta di molti, il Comune di Ribera è tutto sommato uno di quelli messi meglio da questo punto di vista. Almeno rispetto a molte aree della Sicilia. Siamo stati il primo Comune ad iniziare la raccolta differenziata già diversi anni fa. La sua affermazione "prezzo è troppo alto rispetto ai servizi esterni offerti" mi lascia perplesso. Certo le due settimane centrali di agosto hanno un prezzo ovunque, ma grazie alla nostra posizione, oltre a godere di una leggera brezza (come da lei affermato), anche nei giorni più caldi, chi viene da noi normalmente sa di prenotare in una zona tranquilla, in un piccolo borgo in prossimità della riserva naturale, in campagna ed al mare allo stesso tempo. La vicinanza alla ss115 inoltre consente di preferirci anche come base per visitare la costa. Si hanno a disposizione tutti i servizi e le attrazioni di mezza provincia se la vogliamo dire tutta. Dispiace che non abbiate colto appieno queste caratteristiche al momento della prenotazione. Cmq alla prossima e grazie per averci scelto.

The structure is well maintained and offers a breathtaking view. It is located in a central position with respect to Sciacca and Agrigento (30 minutes by car) and is very close to Ribera. The place, being at the top of a hill, is cool even on the hottest days thanks to the wind that encounters no obstacles on its path. The managers are always available and present. Tourist sites and all the more or less famous beaches along the Agrigento coast are easily reachable.

Un oasi di pace in mezzo al verde, questa struttura dagli esterni ben curati, con una bellissima piscina e un panorama mozzafiato sulla riserva del fiume platani e la spiaggia di borgo Bonsignore ci ha letteralmente stregati. Rientriamo a casa già rimpiangendo il silenzio e la tranquillità di questo luoghi che ci restersnno per sempre nel cuore. Grazie ancora alla cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari per gli ottimi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e i ristoranti dove cenare. Unica pecca la mancanza causa covid della colazione, ma al Gallo d'oro, il bar pizzeria a poca distanza dalla struttura, ci hanno coccolati ogni mattina e abbiamo anche fatto amicizia coi i cordialissimi proprietari.

Luogo bellissimo e lontano dal turismo di massa che ad Agosto spesso risulta un po' troppo asfissiante. Standard di pulizia, cortesia superiore di molto alla media. Panorama spettacolare e luogo tranquillo. Da sapere: Wind non ha quasi per niente copertura, quindi organizzarsi. Per prelevare contanti a 10 km bancomat Ribera. Consigliatissimo e torneremo.

È letteralmente un oasi con una splendida posizione ad una distanza minima dal mare meraviglioso della riserva del fiume Platani. Nessun stabilimento nessuna calca. Ho sentito il rumore del mare come ognuno dovrebbe.
