Excellent accommodation in a strategic location that allowed us to visit the entire historic center of Bologna. I will definitely return.

Very nice room, but excessively expensive for what it offers. It is central but on the edge, since it is adjacent to the boulevards. If you are three with a newborn, the newborn pays as an additional adult. It was not very cold, but if it had been I would not have known how to turn on the heating (if that had been possible). The bathroom door had no lock and the apartment's security door could not be locked with the deadbolts. Aside from these small shortcomings, I would say the apartment is not bad, but perhaps at that price you could find something more central.

Solo un piccolo chiarimento: il vostro “neonato” ha in realtà più di tre anni e non era stato indicato nella prenotazione; per questo motivo è stato conteggiato come ospite aggiuntivo, in linea con le nostre politiche. Ci dispiace per le piccole mancanze riscontrate e terremo sicuramente conto dei vostri suggerimenti per migliorare ulteriormente il comfort. Rassicuriamo che il riscaldamento è regolabile. Riteniamo che il prezzo applicato sia in linea con il periodo da voi scelto, concomitante con una moltitudine di importanti eventi in città. Grazie ancora per la vostra visita e speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente in futuro!

Essential style apartment, very clean, in a central and safe area. Friendly and very helpful host. Lack of breakfast and a minimum of amenities like tea bags or two cookies. High price.

La ringrazio per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e sottolineato la cura dell'appartamento. Incontrarvi è stato un piacere, ancora di più quando si apprezzano le piccole cose. Mi dispiace per la colazione ma non può essere presente per normativa. Tuttavia dallo scorso anno abbiamo inserito la macchina del caffe Dolce-Gusto e un bollitore, con un piccolo assortimento di caffe, ma terrò sicuramente conto del suo suggerimento e mi organizzerà anche per il thè. Il prezzo è sicuramente soggettivo. Alla prossima grazie Cristina

I had a good time. The room was spacious with all the comforts. The room has a lot of light, I liked it very much and we were close to all services. Hospital, supermarket, pharmacy, and shops of all kinds. And then the towers, stunning to visit.
