You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A la fois un havre de paix et d harmonie, très bien équipé et confortable, et un excellent point de départ pour visiter ce terroir exceptionnel du val d orcia. Visite à pied du centre historique de san quirico d orcia, commerces et restaurants de premier ordre. Une perfection.

Posto bellissimo, proprietari super gentilissimi. È vicino al paese, curato nei minimi particolari. Da ritornare nella bella stagione per sfruttare anche l'esterno.

Struttura molto bella e curata, con grande giardino, gazebo con tavolini e ampia piscina. Molto rilassante. Sarebbe ancora più di effetto se posizionata in aperta campagna, ma devo dire che la posizione effettiva è ottima per visitare San Quirico, con breve passeggiata a piedi. A pochi km Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Montalcino e tutta la Val d'Orcia. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di tornarci, magari stavolta sceglierò uno degli appartamenti a piano terra, per poter fare colazione fuori e godere maggiormente del giardino.

Il residence ha una posizione strategica, si trova appena fuori le mura del paese. Ha la struttura di una casa di campagna con tutti I confort. È incantevole, ci torneremo.

La gentilezza e la presenza del personale compensano solo in parte il fatto di non aver saputo la collocazione del B&B all'immediata periferia del paese, in parte circondati da una lottizzazione che, vedendo le immagini presentate a corredo della proposta facevano pensare alla campagna.

Per quanto riguarda la location, abbia specificato ovunque che ci troviamo a 500mt dal paese ed a 100mt dal supermercato; questo fa capire che non siamo un casolare di aperta campagna. Inoltre siamo geolocalizzati su Google maps, dove avrebbe potuto esplorare sulla mappa i dintorni e vedere che ci troviamo nella zona residenziale di San Quirico d'Orcia. Cogliamo l'occasione per invitare i nostri futuri clienti che leggeranno la nostra risposta alla sua recensione, a telefonare prima di prenotare in caso avessero dei dubbi, per non rimanere poi "delusi" all'arrivo.
