The apartment is located right outside the city walls, with plenty of parking places in the neighborhood. Spacious and bright. Only two downsides: no AC, and no fly screens to keep the mosquitoes out when you open a window.

This little apartment is so lovely and off the beaten path, but still within walking distance of everything you could want to see, do, or eat/drink in San Gimignano. Host is wonderful and easy to reach with advice on local cuisine and anything else you might need. We will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Welcoming and clean environment, equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher). Quiet place, in the countryside, with a pool. You get there on a dirt road, but the directions provided are very precise and you can't go wrong. The apartment is close to Certaldo, a very beautiful village, a must-visit!

The apartment is small but has everything, optimal for 2 people. Central location, yet quiet. Close to parking (paid, we didn't find any free ones), which is useful because there is ZTL everywhere inside the walls. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and all possible shops. Watch out for the various steps inside the apartment, especially at the beginning of the stay! All in all, we had a good time.

We stayed at the 'Le torri' apartment. Stunning view, very nice apartment equipped with all the necessities, it felt like home. Non-paid parking not far away. San Gimignano is beautiful and has everything strictly necessary close at hand. Convenient for visiting all the surroundings. Thank you, we had a wonderful holiday.

Apartment at the top of the stairs, new, with a beautiful view of the towers. Clean and with a water and coffee service. We were comfortable with four people. Close to the center, bars, and restaurants. Definitely worth coming back.

Apartment 100 meters from the main street of the town, the Cathedral can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Cozy and functional environment, I found everything I needed. Recommended for the location and the availability of Miss Elena.

I stayed five days at this property with my children and I can only be more than satisfied. Immersed in a charming place and a breathtaking panorama, a few km from the center of San Gimignano, in the total tranquility. The apartment, really very nice, clean and well-kept, is equipped with all the comforts and necessary equipment. Outside a beautiful small pine forest and the well-kept swimming pool complete the already extraordinary surrounding setting; too bad that the cool weather these days did not allow us to enjoy it, but we will definitely come back! Thanks to the owner Elena, very kind and helpful. See you soon.

They were a salvation! Another structure left us stranded less than 24 hours before check-in and fortunately they responded immediately to our request, also accepting the holiday bonus. Beautiful structure, a Tuscan farmhouse immersed in the countryside, cool and spacious, complete with a pool. The owner is very kind, highly recommended.

The apartment that we were assigned was not at the indicated address at all, but 5 km from San Gimignano. In the middle of nowhere, ...... no supermarket, no shops..... just a few houses.\nThe picture of the apartment we received when we booked was from another apartment. We booked an apartment with 1 bedroom, we got an apartment with 1 room where we have to live and sleep, a very small kitchen and a small bathroom. And it was not clean. We have to pay a 50€ cleaning fee, so we expected a clean apartment.\nIf you want to book an apartment, look very carefully at which apartment they offer you and ask for the correct address before you pay.
