Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Welcomed and made comfortable with attention, conversations in Italian during the very rich breakfast (homemade cakes, cheese, ham, cereals...). Very quiet room, on garden floor; daily cleaning. In the middle of the fields; car essential. Easy access to Ravenna and very close highway.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, welches auf die Wünsche der Besucher angepasst wird. Eine sehr nette Besitzerin, die keine Wünsche unerfüllt lässt. Es werden alle Sachen frisch gemacht und selber gebacken. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet und wir konnten mit zwei erwachsenen und zwei Kinder sehr gut in dem Zimmer schlafen. Die freundliche Besitzerin und das tolle Ambiente hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Very cozy and quiet place with a well-kept external garden just a stone's throw from Mirabilandia. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes by Mrs. Maria, who is very skilled and kind and knows how to make you feel perfectly comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!

Excellent facility, very clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is of excellent quality, with handmade cakes and a lot of choice of sweets and even some savory options. It is worth mentioning the complete availability of the manager for breakfast times! There is parking available directly in the courtyard of the facility. Located on a secondary street, perhaps the location is slightly off-center, but in a few minutes, you reach Savio. The rooms are located on the first floor with a flight of stairs: access with strollers and wheelchairs could be complicated. Otherwise, it is absolutely recommended.

Close to Mirabilandia and Cervia, reachable in 10 minutes by car. Ravenna is visitable a little further away. Quiet place among frogs and stars and breakfast with homemade cakes. Mrs. Maria completes everything with kindness and good advice. Thank you.

A thank you from the Zingone Family to Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us into her home where we immediately felt at ease. The place is very close to Mirabilandia, which was the reason for our trip with little Alessandro. The structure is very beautiful, immersed in nature. We stayed two nights in this Bed and Breakfast, well-kept and very clean, the landlady, Mrs. Maria delightful, very helpful and attentive, also advised us on where to eat in the area. Noi viaggiamo in famiglia, con due bambini di 8 e 6 anni. Questo è un ottimo posto, veramente tranquillo, ben tenuto, ben organizzato e spazioso. La casa è in piena campagna ma vicinissima ai centri abitati più grandi, a 15/20 minuti dalla zona Mirabilandia e Zoo Safari e anche dalle saline di Cervia e Milano Marittima. La signora Maria, che è la proprietaria e gestisce da sé tutta la struttura, è molto disponibile ed attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti, la colazione è ottima ed home-made. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, fatto anche di chiacchiere a colazione con la proprietaria, davanti a ottimi dolci freschi e marmellata fatta in casa. È quello che vorresti trovare quando soggiorni in un B&B, atmosfera accogliente e familiare ma non invasiva. Torneremo di sicuro!

Consigliamo questa struttura per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi lontano dal caos cittadino ma in posizione strategica per raggiungere mare e divertimenti. Maria vi darà il buongiorno con squisite torte e dolci tipici preparati da lei, saprà conquistarvi con la sua gentilezza e simpatia come ha fatto con noi, sicuramente torneremo. Quando si arriva al B&B si ha la sensazione di piombare in una paradiso di tranquillità. Immerso nel verde, giardino curatissimo a due passi dal mare e poi come non innamorarsi di quelle colazioni preparate con tanta cura, tutto fatto in casa da Maria che ogni giorno ti propone nuove ricette. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Posto molto tranquillo nel verde, stanze carine dotate dei confort necessari e pulizia ok, accoglienza e ospitalità squisita come le torte fresche fatte in casa ogni mattina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sono stata in questa struttura con mio marito e i nostri due bambini. Maria è fantastica, disponibile e cordiale. La struttura è in una posizione ideale, a pochi minuti da Mirabilandia, da Ravenna e dalle località di mare. Torneremo sicuramente. PS colazione ottima, tutto fatto da Maria.

B&B carino, pulito, vicino a Mirabilandia e gli altri parchi vicino a Ravenna. Proprietaria gentilissima, colazione molto buona dolce e salata. Massima disponibilità della proprietaria, molto gentile con i bimbi. Camera pulita e fornita di tutto. TV un pò vecchiotta ma perfettamente funzionante.

Piccola villetta situata nelle vicinanze di Mirabilandia, la proprietaria del bed & brakfast, Maria, è una signora bravissima nel suo lavoro. Camera pulita, buona colazione. La villetta ha anche un giardino con i giochi per i bimbi. Altamente consigliato!

Struttura in campagna molto carina e accogliente. Vicinissima a Mirabilandia e allo stesso tempo lontana dalla confusione del parco. La proprietaria Maria è molto gentile e simpatica e soprattutto una bravissima cuoca!

Signora Maria unica nel suo genere, ospitale, gentile, accurata insomma non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è stata strepitosa con briosche e piadine fatte in casa, oltre che una torta buonissima preparata a sorpresa per il compleanno di mio marito, con tanto di candeline. Il tutto senza dimenticare la posizione ideale per recarsi a Mirabilandia distante soltanto 5 minuti di macchina dal B&B. Sicuramente torneremo grazie grazie grazie.

Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato la comodità della location (molto vicina a Mirabilandia e zoo-safari), la tranquillità e la bellezza del posto (in campagna con un bellissimo giardino) grande professionalità e simpatia della titolare (Maria), il dolce risveglio con i dolci fatti da lei (cornetti, torte, girelle, marmellate, etc), la pulizia e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da consigliare senz'altro!

Ottimo connubio tra vicinanza ai parchi romagnoli, pulizia della struttura, simpatia e ospitalità della proprietaria, colazione abbondante e genuina, giardino talmente curato da non trovare un filo d'erba fuori posto. Cosa dire del B&B Terra, mare, e.. L'ambiente pulitissimo, profumato ed estremamente confortevole ci ha fatti sentire a casa e poi c'è Maria, la proprietaria, una persona splendida, solare, familiare diremmo, molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti ed eccellente pasticcera, svegliarsi al mattino con l'odore delle sue squisite girelle e dei cornetti è magnifico! Questo sarà per noi il solo punto di riferimento per le future permanenze a Ravenna (tra l'altro è vicinissimo a Mirabilandia il che non guasta).

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte in questa magnifica struttura, come appoggio per andare a Mirabilandia. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dalla signora Maria, che riesce ad accontentare anche le richieste più strane e fantasiose dei bambini. La camera era pulitissima e il giardino perfetto anche per chi come noi ha un bambino e un cagnolino. Svegliarsi poi con l'odore di biscotti e torte appena sfornati: meraviglioso. Sicuramente, magari per andare al mare ci torneremo. A presto signora Maria e un bacino da Cristian!

Abbiamo passato un week-end in questo B&B, e tutto è andato per il meglio. All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una calorosa accoglienza dall'unica titolare molto disponibile e simpatica. Le camere sono fresche e pratica, ottima la pulizia. Al mattino abbiamo trovato un ricco buffet molto buono e casalingo. Consiglio di cuore a tutti di provare questo B&B, sono certo che non rimarrete delusi. Sicuramente noi ritorneremo

Un week end di relax al "Terra, mare e.." Io mio marito ed il nostro cagnolone siamo stati benissimo praticamente come sentirsi a casa. Camera pulitissima, ordinata e una super colazione, molto ricca e molto buona, tutto preparato in casa dalla gentilissima signora Maria. Il B&B è immerso nel verde ed a pochi minuti dalle località marittime. Consigliatissimo!
