Annarosa and Pino, the two owners, are friendly and welcoming people. This is the second time I have stayed here, and I am very happy to have found such a comfortable B&B: starting from the room, spacious with very comfortable mattresses, which is absolutely not taken for granted. The room is air-conditioned, with a small but well-organized bathroom. The kitchen on the ground floor is a gem, equipped with all the comforts, ideal for families with children. I must also emphasize the promptness with which the owner responded to our request for a new frying pan because the one present had some signs of wear: in less than an hour we found a brand new frying pan, as well as kind apologies. What can I say? For me, these are precious things.

Exceptional place! The manager was very kind and polite. He even took the trouble to indicate on WhatsApp the location where to park, just a few minutes from the property. If I had more votes, I would have given them. The manager is an extremely kind and exquisite person. The structure is very clean, fresh and new. In a central and very convenient location. Mine was a quick but very pleasant business stay, also due to the convenience of two nearby restaurants.

Very well-kept and clean structure, excellent value for money. The location of the property allows easy access to the sea or the various surrounding cities. The managers are really polite and helpful, offering to help us with any needs. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent structure, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Located in the historic center with free parking nearby. Management very present and attentive. Unfortunately, the Covid era has affected the breakfast offer, but the managers still do their best to make the stay enjoyable.

I liked this accommodation for the friendliness and availability of the staff. The breakfast area is framed by stone arches and is tastefully furnished. The room is spacious and overlooks a picturesque alley in the historic center. There are also several little shops in the area where you can do some shopping.

Excellent welcome. Very nice and central structure. Although located in a pedestrian area, there is parking available nearby. The daily cleaning of the rooms and the warm croissants every morning make the difference. And the attention towards my vegan son was the cherry on top. Thank you for everything. The B&B By mARTina is well-kept and welcoming. The management is very attentive: to make me feel even more at home, they provided me with a delicious homemade vegan donut for breakfast. The only low rating (9) is for the location: being located in the center, characterized by narrow streets and pedestrian areas, it could be difficult to approach by car to unload luggage, but parking can be found no more than a hundred meters away.

We stayed at this B&B for a few days, what can I say. Right from the start, Mr. Pino was very cordial and immediately showed himself available to us. The place is very peaceful because it is located in some narrow streets inside Modugno but easily accessible. It is close to bars, restaurants, banks, post office. The room was complete with all the comforts (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, toothpaste, towels, TV, air conditioning, WiFi). Breakfast served in a well-stocked kitchen with everything, from fruit juices to milk, cookies, toast, Nutella, jams and more. Mrs. Anna also arranged the kitchen and the room for us in the morning, which is not to be underestimated as a comfort. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it also because the town is very close to Bari, a beautiful city and is a strategic point for spending little and having many conveniences. Recommendation.

Mrs. Anna also tidied up the kitchen and the room in the morning, which should not be underestimated as comfort. Excellent value for money also because it is a new and modern activity. I highly recommend it also because the town is very close to Bari, a beautiful city, and it is a strategic point for spending little and having many amenities. Recommendation.
