You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Lorenzo très disponible et serviable, emplacement plein centre Florence, chambre et sdb super un petit bémol sur le petit déj sous vide. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Super soddisfatta! Posizione strategica perché a due passi dal Duomo e a pochi minuti da tutti monumenti più importanti. Gestore disponibilissimo! La colazione non è servita ma dà un ampia scelta, inoltre ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto usufruirne anche in altri momenti della giornata. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!
