Sempreverde Atelier B&B

We were looking for a small coastal town with easy beach access and a few good places to eat. Sempreverde turned out to be a beautifully eco-designed building with great rooms and a wonderful rooftop terrace in a good coastal location. But the host also created a really lovely atmosphere among the guests and with her family, who help out at the B and B. The breakfast was wonderful with all sorts of high-quality food characteristic of the area and, especially, cakes homemade by the host's mother. We had a boat ride with her father that was one of the best experiences of our trip. It introduced us to the nearby forest reserve which was a great place for a relaxing beach day. Sempreverde accommodation has everything you may need and they are thoughtful and welcoming people. Excellent!

Very nice host, excellent breakfast on the rooftop, beach chair and umbrella for free, good location only a few steps to beach and restaurants. we would definitely go again.

Ein wahres Bijou! Licia und ihre Mutter verwöhnen und umsorgen die Gäste vom allerersten Augenblick. Das Frühstück mit den selbstgebackenen Broten und Kuchen ist einmalig und wenn etwas nicht auf dem Tisch ist, wurde es auf Anfrage nachgereicht. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind alle sehr individuell eingerichtet und die Betten sehr gut. Die Lage in Punta Secca ist ruhig aber doch sehr zentral. Die kleine Stadt hat viel Charme und viele gute Restaurants. Wir können Sempre Verde uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Unequivocally everything perfect.

Staying at the delightful Sempreverde Atelier B&B for 15 days was a pleasant experience. The owners, Licia and Giuseppe, dedicate themselves with passion and dedication to their work. They take care of their guests even before arrival, sending a message to inquire about the journey and asking for the expected arrival time, in order to be ready to welcome you. During check-in and check-out, parking is allowed on their driveway next to the front door, a much appreciated opportunity. We were greeted by Licia, who welcomed us barefoot, showing her attachment to the territory with a smile and kindness that make you feel in the right place. The next morning at breakfast, we met Giuseppe, equally kind, courteous, smiling, and helpful. The property is delightful and well-maintained both externally and internally. The Sempreverde website is beautifully designed and allows you to discover all the details of each environment, offering the possibility of taking a virtual tour that reveals almost everything. The atelier is enchanting, rich in furnishings details and with a wonderful French door overlooking a garden. The terrace with sea view and lighthouse view, surrounded by well-kept plants, a nice swing, and more, where breakfast is served, is another strength. Every morning, freshly baked bread by Mamma Pia, who also offers her sweets, jams, and cakes, each day different. If you are lucky enough to also meet dad Gino, another beautiful person of this wonderful family, you may have the privilege of taking a nice tour with his boat to discover other corners of paradise and to take a dip in the deep blue waters. There is also a purifier that dispenses natural, sparkling, or slightly sparkling water, avoiding the need to buy heavy water bottles. Additionally, there is a corner on the ground floor where you can store your umbrella and sunbeds without having to carry them to your room. Finally, there is an outdoor shower to remove sand from your feet once back from the beach, avoiding soiling the inside. The rooms and all environments are always very clean and always have a nice scent, giving a pleasant feeling of well-being and hygiene. The eco-friendly vocation is also noticeable when you realize that the shutters of the room balconies are equipped with sensors that deactivate the air conditioner if the shutter is open. The old-style bell with a cord next to the atelier's front door to announce your arrival is adorable. Not to forget the location of this little corner of paradise, a stone's throw from the beach and all the beauties that Punta Secca offers. What can I say, going on vacation to your heart's place and feeling at home. We will certainly return in the coming years with the joy of meeting again two other guest couples, Paola and Tiziano, Barbie and Ken, to whom we have grown fond.

Staying at Sempreverde Atelier is like being at home. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 5 days but the harmony that was created with Licia and Beppe was immediate. The rooms as well as the common areas are cozy and full of creativity. The terrace, where Licia and Beppe (together with the cats Marcello and Frida), welcomed us every morning for breakfast, which was always rich and varied, was delightful. We fondly remember the scent of warm bread from mom Pia. The location of the bed and breakfast is strategic. It allows you to visit the most beautiful cities and beaches of the southeastern coast. Expect us because we will definitely come back! Licia and Mauro.

Courtesy and complete availability. The best welcome a guest could hope for. We returned yesterday from a short vacation in Punta Secca, with expectations significantly lower than what actually materialized. Licia and Giuseppe were extremely kind from the first phone call, they put us in the best possible condition, offering us the use of sun loungers and umbrellas and more importantly they allowed us to park the motorcycle in a covered space inside the structure, which would have otherwise been left outside unattended, all without any extra charge. The structure is new, furnished with taste and creativity by Licia herself. Very varied breakfast with typical homemade Sicilian sweets (top!), served on the terrace. Lastly, even though check-out was already done, to let us make the most of our last hours of vacation, they provided us with a personal shower. What can I say, thank you Licia and thank you Giuseppe, we will definitely come back.

We had already stayed here 4 years ago. Like then, I can only confirm the authenticity of the words describing the property. Fresh and clean rooms, impeccable hospitality, rich and varied breakfast served on a panoramic terrace. Licia created a little poetry in Punta Secca. See you soon.

Very beautiful structure, made with care, original but also functional details. Nice terrace usable by customers not only for breakfast. Favorable position. The owners are kind, offer useful suggestions/instructions and create a politely informal environment. Breakfast was ok for us, especially for the cake of the day (the one with ricotta and chocolate above all). Suggestion, more than criticism: changing towels every 4 days may be a bit delayed.

Licia is a true hostess in every sense of the word. She naturally makes everyone feel at ease, and always provides support. Upon arrival, they unloaded our luggage and looked for parking. The courtesy was greatly appreciated given the heat and travel fatigue. For breakfast, the mother prepared a moving ricotta and pistachio tart! The entire experience was more than positive, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Licia, for managing to make beauty even more beautiful and choosing to share it with others. Bow, Lucia.

Very beautiful, unique and welcoming structure; close to the beach, very quiet. Licia, the owner, is friendly and attentive to every small need of her guests. Breakfast on a splendid terrace, with cakes and jam made by her mom; excellent solution for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back: highly recommended!

Bello e originale B&B a Punta Secca costruito in maniera sostenibile e in paglia. Questo tipo di costruzione lascia gli ambienti freschi e arieggiati e si sta molto bene. Licia, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con simpatia spiegandoci le tecniche usate e presentandoci la struttura. La nostra camera era la Fiori, grande con un bel bagno pure di dimensioni notevoli e con una terrazza circondata da buganvillea bianca. Aria condizionata e wifi presenti e ben funzionanti. Pulizia impeccabile! La colazione era servita tutte le mattine dalle 9: 00 alle 10: 30 sulla bella terrazza panoramica che si trova sopra la struttura. Siamo stati 4 giorni e siamo stati davvero bene. Concludo la recensione indicando alcuni aspetti che secondo me potrebbero essere migliorati: l’orario della colazione potrebbe iniziare anche prima, almeno alle 8: 30 per dare la possibilità di gestirsi meglio la giornata. La colazione non ha nulla di salato e potrebbe offrire formaggi, affettati, uova ecc.. ed anche qualche pasta tipica (croissant e paste siciliane in genere). A noi, a differenza di tanti altri ospiti, non sono piaciuti i dolci proposti perché davvero troppo poco zuccherati. In ultimo cito il parcheggio: il posto davanti al B&B era passo carraio e ci è stato detto che (giustamente) doveva essere lasciato libero, purtroppo troppe volte era occupato dall’auto del fidanzato. Se proprio si vuole agevolare qualcuno forse è meglio scegliere gli ospiti o far valere la regola per tutti. Tutto ciò non inficia la valutazione che rimane molto buona!

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Sempreverde per 5 giorni ad agosto e siamo stati molto bene. La struttura è nuova, la camera era comoda e pulita, l’arredamento originale, tutto studiato in funzione ecosostenibile. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione, ottimi dolci, torte fresche, ogni giorno una sorpresa! Il BB è vicinissimo alle spiagge, mette inoltre gratuitamente a disposizione ombrelloni e sedioline da portare in spiaggia. Esperienza molto positiva.

Bellissima struttura e proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Peccato aver trascorso solo una notte, ma ci ritornerò.

Cercavamo dove soggiornare nei pressi della casa di Montalbano ed abbiamo trovato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro di "Marinella" una splendida soluzione in questo B&B. Licia gestisce assieme ai genitori, con grande amore ed attenzione, questa casa ecologica molto ben curata e costruita con materiali naturali. Legno, terra cruda, paglia e bambù si sposano perfettamente con l'arredamento e con il progetto naturalista che l'ha generata, oggetto della tesi di laurea di Licia (consiglio di leggere sul sito com'è stata concepita). Le stanze sono tutte a tema: noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Doppia Fiori, molto rilassante e ben arredata, con un balcone vista faro ed un bagno ampio ed una bellissima doccia. La parte che più abbiamo gradito, senza nulla togliere al giardinetto interno con una pianta di limoni già carica di frutti, è senza dubbio la terrazza arricchita da piante officinali e da frutto. Qui si può consumare una ricchissima colazione in una struttura dove la natura la fa da padrona. Alimenti freschissimi e fatti in casa dalla mamma di Licia: deliziosi i muffin alla crema di limone, le marmellate di arancia limone e mandarino..E non mancano mai il cioccolato di Modica e la frutta fresca, le spremute di frutta e i formaggi.. La spiaggia di sabbia di Punta Secca è a pochi metri dalla struttura, ed è disponibile parcheggio auto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo..non ha prezzo, è solo da provare.

Che dire, una struttura a dir poco strepitosa in piena armonia con l'ambiente e lo si assapora in ogni angolo della struttura e nella gestione. Licia è una persona veramente speciale attenta ad ogni piccola necessità e prodiga a far tutto il possibile per mettere il proprio ospite a suo agio, così come la sua splendida famiglia discreta competente e che racconta il suo mestiere più che con passione, con il cuore. Un'esperienza favolosa che spero si possa ripetere al più presto. Grazie di tutto! Luisa.

Mettiamola così: Statt lontano tutti quanto! Così possiamo andarci noi senza problemi. In nostra assenza: andateci e dimenticate casa vostra.

Che dire mi sono letteralmente innamorata di Punta Secca! Paese semplice e sereno, per questo spettacolare. Passeggiare nel centro o lungo la spiaggia è come vivere in un altro mondo ti trasmette una serenità ed una pace incomparabili. Il B&B è nuovissimo e costruito con materiali naturali, Licia poi è una ragazza incantevole, dolce giovanissima, che ha voluto investire nel suo paese invece di scappare brava, complimenti! Cosa dire della colazione? Abbondantissima, frutta pane e dolci fatti in casa, cioccolata di Modica, mandorle non si finisce più, gustata per altro nella terrazza dove si vede il mare! Dalla mia camera si vedeva il faro, bellissimo Consigliatissimo Laura.

Siamo stati solo 5 giorni, ma è stato come se si fosse ospiti da 10 anni. Un accoglienza eccezionale, una colazione spettacolare, ottima la posizione. Vi consiglio di fare anche un giro in gommone con il sig. Gino, vero appassionato e conoscitore del mare Siciliano. Licia, Pia, Gino sono 3 persone speciali. Da tornarci al 100%.
