Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 15 days
Fresh sheets every 15 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden, bowl
- A daily cost of 3 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 50 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €
Other notes
The cleaning will be done at the end of the holiday and it costs 50 euro. The bed linen and towels, if requested, have an additional cost of 15 euro for person.
