Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 120 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces

Très bonne adresse dans le quartier résidentiel de Palerme qui se trouve à 15 min à pied du centre historique et à quelques centaines de mètres de bars et restaurants animés. Les propriétaires sont de très bons conseils sur la ville et restent attentifs aux demandes de leurs visiteurs. Je recommande vivement!

We were welcomed by Turi, a very kind, friendly, and easygoing person. The property is located in the center and allows you to reach Via Libertà immediately, the central hub of the city. Quiet and peaceful environment and easy to find. I will definitely consider it again for another stay in the city!

The hosts were super welcoming and very kind, they even gave us the possibility to leave our luggage before check-in. The rooms are cozy, excellent cleanliness, and the breakfast is great.

Great and central location. Very chaotic neighborhood in the morning (I think there is a school). Breakfast, even due to Covid, did not exist... perhaps it should be taken care of better.

Posizione della struttura super comodissima! Raggiungibile anche a piedi il centro, le stazioni vicine, supermarket sotto casa, varia scelta di ristoranti... insomma! sulla posizione davvero nulla da ridire! Turi, Il ragazzo in reception, è stato davvero molto cordiale e professionale. Unica pecca: cambierei assolutamente i colori delle stanze e bagno, forse un po troppo invasivo e crea un atmosfera cupa e fredda... All’entrata migliorerei dando un po di profumo ambiente perche si sentiva molto odore di fumo non gradevole. Nel caso dovessi ritornare a Palermo penso proprio che ritornei in questa struttura! Esperienza positiva.

La mia valutazione è più che positiva. Posizione centrale, camere spaziose e accoglienti, ma più di tutto la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario, il quale mi accolto in tarda serata senza nessun problema. Quindi consiglio vivamente questa struttura per chi dovesse soggiornare a Palermo.

B&B poco distante dal pieno centro di Palermo, ottima struttura e gestori simpatici e disponibili. Camera e bagno comodi e puliti. Sicuramente più che ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo ed alcuni servizi offerti, quali il boccione dell'acqua gratuito. Assolutamente consigliato!
