Casa Munay is an independent villa from the early 1900s, completely restored in 2010.

It is easily reachable both from the highway, using the exit 11 of the ring road, and from the Central station by taking the buses number 36 and 37.

Inside the property it is possible to park the car, the reservation of the parking space is mandatory.

Casa Munay is located just 200 meters from the Sant'Orsola Hospital and less than 20 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore, which is however easily reachable by bus 14, which stops right in front of the structure.

The rooms are equipped with TV, fridge, air conditioning and free wi-fi.

At guests' disposal we have set up two rooms where they can enjoy a coffee, tea and some biscuits; in the halls it is also possible to have meals.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Very friendly hosts and conveniently located near a few bus lines and also not too far from a smaller train station. Perfect location for my trip to visit a friend outside the city as well as to see the city center. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Ein kleines Stadthotel mit hübschen Zimmern, einem gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Tee, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Villa bietet gegen kleinen Aufpreis Parkplätze im Hof. Man kann hier herrlich ruhig schlafen und ist nach einem Spaziergang von 20-30 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Unser Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine Villa zum Wohlfühlen mit individuell eingerichteten Zimmern. sogar einen Garten gibt es, zum Ausruhen von erlebnisreichen Stadtbummeln. sehr freundliche Inhaberin, die alle persönlichen Wünsche versucht zu erfüllen. Frühstück wird derzeit nicht angeboten, aber wir könnten bei gratis Kaffee unser eigenes im herrlichen Frühstücksraum genießen.

Siamo stati in questa struttura quattro volte in due mesi per via, purtroppo, di problemi famigliari che ci hanno portato all'ospedale di Bologna. È una casa dei primi del '900, curata, pulita e silenziosa. Abbiamo girato al suo interno, prima nell'appartamento e poi in altre tre camere: una più bella dell'altra, tutte comode e funzionali. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, persone splendide e disponibili in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione comoda per gli ospedali Sant'Orsola e Malpighi ma anche per andare a visitare il centro storico che si può raggiungere camminando una ventina di minuti o con l'autobus la cui fermata si trova di fronte alla casa. Sono presenti anche due cucine molto attrezzate a disposizione e che noi abbiamo utilizzato però solo per fare colazione. Potete trovare macchina del caffè con varie cialde, bollitore per the e tisane e biscotti. Consiglio vivamente questo posto. Grazie Casa Munay, ci vediamo presto. Francesca.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo B&B. La proprietaria gentilissima. La camera era pulitissima La struttura è in una buona posizione, a 15 min a piedi dal centro e di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus. Siamo stati bene!

Struttura ricettiva a circa 1 km dal centro di Bologna e a pochi metri dall'ospedale Sant'Orsola. Ottimi collegamenti, possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno. Struttura carinissima, curata nei minimi particolari e con molto gusto. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era grande e ben riscaldata, con bagno privato dotato di tutto il necessario e grande doccia. Gentilissima, professionale e di grande ospitalità Chiara, la proprietaria che, nonostante la prima colazione non prevista, mette a disposizione di noi clienti biscottini, cialde caffè, tè e vari infusi. C'è una grande sala comune, arredata e corredata, con uso di forno microonde e macchina del caffè. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre la struttura è vicinissima all'Ospedale S. Orsola (5 minuti a piedi) e la zona è ben servita di tutto.

Ottima accoglienza. Il gestore molto accorta e gentile. La struttura è in una posizione eccellente, pulita e tranquilla. Non ho usufruito della colazione ma nella cucina vi era possibilità di preparare the o caffè e in camera ho trovato biscottini e caffè. Ci ritornerò sicuramente e con piacere.

Buona struttura per un breve soggiorno. La stanza era forse un po’ piccola per tre persone, però avevamo chiesto una sistemazione senza dover salire o scendere scale (uno di noi ha qualche problema di deambulazione) e quindi magari quella stanza era l’unica disponibile. Comunque nessun problema. In generale ci siamo trovati bene.

Io e mio marito veniamo spesso a Bologna per visite al Sant'Orsola e in questa struttura ci siamo sempre trovati bene. La signora Chiara è cordiale e disponibile! E poi è vicinissima all'ospedale e in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro città. Io consiglio vivamente questo B&B. Cornelia.

Ci tornerò di sicuro, appena entri ti senti subito a casa. Anche se non servono più la colazione hanno comunque una sala con macchina del caffè e bollitore. Accanto alla struttura c'è una pasticceria dove fare colazione, buonissima e comodissima.

La stanza in cui ho dormito era molto bella e pulita. La pozione del b&b è ottimale perché si trova proprio davanti alla fermata dell'autobus diretto verso il centro.

Una residenza ben arredata, tranquilla, pulita, il personale é molto gentile. Con una breve camminata si può raggiungere il centro della città, possiede un parcheggio privato in una città in cui, come in ogni grande centro urbano è diventato quasi impossibile parcheggiare. Ci tornerò.

Ogni volta che ci rechiamo a Bologna per motivi familiari soggiorniamo molto volentieri in questa struttura, un'antica villa liberty ristrutturata con molto gusto, con ambienti piacevolmente arredati, camere silenziose e bagni eleganti e funzionali. Colazione ottima con cappuccino servito al momento, pasticceria e frutta fresca. Sicuramente da consigliare.
