We had a lovely stay at this property, Rosalia was an amazing host, she gave us so much information about what to do in Florence as well as how to use the transport. The facilities were also great as there was a fridge where we were able to store some food and water. Our apartment was spotless and very comfortable, it was also a peaceful and still walkable to the centre of Florence. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

Rosalia was a terrific hostess during our short stay, greeting us with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on things to see and how to get around. The property itself was sparkling clean, and the bathroom and kitchen seemed to have been remodeled recently. It was a short bus ride away from the Uffizi and other notable sights in Florence.

If you are on the fence about booking just do it! Rosa was the most incredible host. Her kindness throughout my stay was exceedingly helpful. She treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay. The place itself is about a 20-minute walk to the city center of Florence, which I really did not mind as it was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay here again definitely!

Miltontre Guest House provided the perfect accommodation experience for our weekend vacation. Location is within walking distance of the SMN station (20 mins) and city centre (15 mins) which provides best of both experiences. The room and its facilities were very comfortable. The common area for tea and breakfast was very practical. The host herself was delightful; she was very knowledgable of the area and even provided unique breakfast items.

A lovely guest house and highly recommended. We found Paul and Roselia very helpful and friendly. This guest house is a short walk out of the center and from the main station (Santa Maria). Up to date furnishings, lovely and clean. The ensuite bathroom was very nice although the shower cubicle was only just big enough for me but I am 100kg. Breakfast was basic and more for a sweet tooth but still we couldn't complain. There was a fridge and microwave in the shared kitchen where breakfast was served. Paul and Roselia are very knowledgeable about local sightseeing spots and wine tours in your own language. We would definitely stay again.

It is the third time I have stayed at MiltonTre: each time feels like meeting friends. Rosalia and Paolo are extremely kind, very helpful, friendly and well informed when it comes to advice, tips on how to get around, what to see and where to eat. The property is in a location very close to the center, well served by buses and trams, near the Parterre parking. The rooms are comfortable and equipped for every need; you can also make coffee or prepare a hot drink as you wish. The cleanliness is impeccable. I recommend it 100%!

It was a perfect stay. We really appreciated the kindness with which Rosalia welcomed us. From the beginning she was warm and helpful, advising us on the most convenient routes to visit the city. The property is nice and functional. The Parnaso bedroom, where we slept, is very comfortable. We were provided with a very convenient kitchen where we could make coffee, prepare herbal teas and store the food we bought. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is slightly away from the center, but with a 15-minute walk or even less by tram you can get there easily. In short, I recommend this place to everyone!

We spent two nights myself, my husband and another couple of Swedish friends. Mrs. Rosalia was impeccable in meeting our needs and in addition to the bureaucratic part she explained to us in perfect English the interesting places to visit, restaurants and much more, providing us with a map. The refreshment area had coffee machines with pods, kettles, microwave ovens and a shared refrigerator. The two rooms were spotless and since we were two couples having an entire apartment available for us was the right choice, it was like feeling at home. We thank Rosalia again for the hospitality.

We were passing through and wanted to make a short visit to Florence. Never was a choice of accommodation more fortunate. Miltontre Guest House is located in a beautiful tree-lined avenue on the outskirts of the center, convenient both on foot and by public transport. No parking problems and upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owners Rosa and Paolo, truly exquisite and interesting people. The room was equipped with everything necessary and extremely well cared for in detail and clean, perfect even for a long stay. Great attention to virus containment rules. Furthermore, Rosa and Paolo are a tourist guide and an environmental guide, so they are generous with valuable information both about the city and the surroundings; if desired, by inquiring beforehand, there is also the possibility of joining their guided tours/excursions in nature, as my partner did. In short, the reasons to choose Miltontre Guest House are many. Go there and you will be satisfied.

Large and clean room. Abundant breakfast. Very good value for money. We appreciated Rosalia's competence and availability. The only downside is a bit far from the center, but walking is good for health.

Mi spiace per il suo giudizio circa la posizione del nostro b&b, perchè è l'unica caratteristica che avrebbe potuto conoscere con certezza prima della sua prenotazione, in funzione delle necessità del suo soggiorno. L'indirizzo della struttura e la posizione, infatti, sono univoci, pubblicati anche on line e verificabili in qualsiasi momento da chiunque su una mappa. Per fortuna però esistono i bus ed in particolare la linea C1 che ferma a meno di 50 m da casa nostra e attraversa il cuore di Firenze passando da Piazza San Marco (vicino all'Accademia, San Lorenzo, Cattedrale, Bargello, Uffizi, Lungarno Diaz e fa capoline adiladdarno nei pressi di Ponte Vecchio ... peccato non mi abbia chiesto informazioni in merito. Sarà per la prossima volta ;-)

Recently renovated room and bathroom, well-equipped and elegantly furnished, very comfortable bed. Located in a very distinctive residential area, train station and historic center reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot. Very kind owner and generous with useful suggestions on typical restaurants. Very satisfying value for money.

Beautiful experience. Small and romantic Miltontre Guest House not far from the city center (bus stop 13 is below the building of the structure, for the lazy, but you can easily walk to any point in Florence). The rooms are very beautiful and spacious (we stayed in the Parnaso room). I appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings, the friendliness of Mrs. Rosalia who welcomed us with a good coffee and many tips on movements and places to eat. In the morning, the breakfast is varied and colorful. You can choose to have a toast or enjoy a warm croissant. During the day, there is always coffee or a kettle available for hot drinks and herbal teas. Perfect to find a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Thank you.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B for one night to visit the beautiful city of Florence. It is located in an elegant and quiet area, on the banks of the Mugnone stream a few steps from the Horticulture Garden. The city center is easily reachable both by public transport and by pleasant walks (about 30m from the Duomo). The place is very comfortable and well-kept. What makes it even more special is the care and passion that the owner Rosalia puts into managing the property, making the guest feel at home. She is very attentive to the needs of her guests both during booking and during the stay. In the welcome, she is able to convey her love for the city, giving excellent advice on what to visit and how to move easily among the various places of interest in Florence. The breakfast is rich and varied, the rooms are new, comfortable, and finely furnished. During our stay at Miltontre, we really felt pampered and if there is the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast and Rosalia, who manages the B&B, very kind and helpful. Located outside the chaos of the center, but very convenient because in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach both the cathedral and the Santa Maria Novella railway station. Highly recommended, also for the excellent value for money! Stay in beautiful Florence practically perfect!

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Rosalia is very sweet, friendly and helpful in giving directions to the guests and meeting every need. The distance from the center is not excessive, you can reach the Duomo in 15 minutes on foot. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Miltontre is definitely one of the best places we have stayed in during our many travels around Italy. The owners, Rosalia and Paolo, have been extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, and have responded to every question - remotely - quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. They provided us with a lot of useful information about the city even before our arrival, helping us organize and optimize our visit. At check-in, Rosalia welcomed us into her beautiful living room/study. She provided us with additional information on transportation, attractions, and points of interest not to be missed. We pleasantly spent this "bureaucratic" part of the stay chatting and laughing. She made us feel at home right away. We stayed in the Roster room. What can I say: spacious, spotless, fresh, quiet, finely furnished. Very comfortable bed (finally a double bed worthy of the name!), also appreciated the armchair to relax in the coolness of the air conditioning, convenient breakfast table, and the bathroom with shower also very clean and comfortable. In the remaining and separate part of the apartment, there is another room and a small shared kitchenette where Rosalia leaves everything needed for breakfast in the morning, which can be prepared independently but with great convenience. The B&B is located in an apparently busy area that turned out to be very quiet. During the two nights of our stay, we slept peacefully and undisturbed. We moved comfortably around the city on foot (about a 30-minute walk from the Duomo) and by public transport (bus 13, which practically passes right under the apartment, goes straight to the beautiful Piazzale Michelangelo). The area is full of bars, bistros, and inns/restaurants. The owner Rosalia is friendly, kind, nice but NEVER intrusive. She seemed very attentive to the needs of her guests, and it was a pleasure for us to chat with her. Special mention: at check-in, she asked if we had any allergies or dietary needs, and considering my lactose intolerance, the next morning she provided me with normal and chocolate soy milk, rusks, and dairy-free bread! Overall, it was a splendid stay. It felt like staying in a 4-star hotel but with all the comforts of home. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return. We will definitely recommend this solution to friends and relatives visiting Florence.
