Simple but clean room. Terrace with a spectacular view. The host is kind and available. It is a pity that at least breakfast is not included, it would have been perfect. If there will be an opportunity, we will definitely return.

Beautiful location for those who want to stay away from the chaos of the coast in a quiet village, but with all the necessary services where to admire a beautiful sunset and a fresh sunrise. We saw the sunset from the terrace of the room. Excellent advice from the managers.

The structure is unacceptable. It is a structure used as a garage, in one of which an apartment has been created. Going down a descent, we arrive on a terrace where the parapet is made of a metal net with small squares, stopped by a scaffolding absolutely not up to standard. If a child puts his foot and stands up, he falls down the cliff. The external floor and walls are not plastered but made of solid concrete, they had a perceived temperature from a distance. Entering the apartment, there is a large room with a very high temperature. The small air conditioner, whose motor is so small that it could only condition a third of the size of the room, absolutely couldn't make the air breathable, also emitting poor quality air. In the double room, they had "pulled" a cot next to the bed. The climate was absurd, with no windows but with a small opening to the adjacent room on fire. The bathroom, located next door, reached temperatures like a documentary by Piero Angela. It was shameful. There were other people's hairs in the shower and sink. There was a cobweb in the double room and footprints of a small animal, perhaps a cat or a dog, in the main room where the window is. Proposing such a structure to a family with 5 children is truly absurd, but above all dangerous because the bathroom, the bedroom, and the exterior require inspection. It is impossible to sleep and stay. It is the worst location I have seen to date. As for breakfast, I honestly don't know if it was planned. If it had been, we wouldn't have done it. We left at 400 km per hour. They are ridiculous.

We stayed at the Hotel for one night at the end of July. Despite the beautiful and suggestive sea view, thanks to the hilly position of Scabris, we were very disappointed with the rest. We were assigned a ground floor room, next to the hotel entrance. The room had a large French door that allowed no privacy, as the interior was completely visible from the street, unless all the curtains were drawn to darken the room. Furthermore, the room had no other windows. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which we knew. However, we would have preferred at least a room with a window to circulate the air. To access the bathroom, you had to go down 13 steps and the ceiling was less than 1.90 meters high. The bathroom, without a window, had a fan that touched the head. It was clear that it was a bathroom previously used by the restaurant, as there was still the towel rack. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had offered an agreement with a bar for breakfast, as many facilities that cannot serve food do. The total cost for the stay was 70 euros, without breakfast included. Surely there will be better rooms, but the one assigned to us on the ground floor was definitely forgettable.

The structure is located in a splendid position, with a beautiful view and 10 km from the sea of Follonica. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is a bit small but for one night it's more than fine. Kind manager and price within the norm. Recommended!

Warm welcome, excellent location to reach truly unique places, spectacular panoramic view. Visit Scabris because it is a really nice village, a bit out of time! We also had dinner at the property, but unfortunately the food did not satisfy us. Despite the lack of air conditioning, we rested well with the windows open. The bathroom is really small! Excellent cleanliness and linen! Free parking right in front of the B&B. Several bus stops available. However, being a B&B, I expect breakfast to be included because otherwise the B&B formula is lacking and it becomes just B! Moreover, there is a restaurant.

We were passing by Aurelia, we had to stop and chose the hill even though it was off season. Good choice, cozy and clean guesthouse. In the same structure there is a restaurant with a varied menu and pizza, warm atmosphere. We didn't even have to move in the morning. To our surprise, we woke up to a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica, with Elba Island almost touching. Thanks Scabris.
