We had a great stay. The property is welcoming and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Moreno is helpful and attentive. The only drawback is the distance from the arena: we had a concert and the route to get there is rather unpleasant if you are only women.

New apartment, tastefully furnished, clean and complete with every comfort, close to the bus stop and train station. Mr. Moreno was extremely kind, he provided us with all the necessary directions on how to move around. Additionally, we had a small issue late in the evening with the house keys and he came to solve it even though it was dinner time. Recommended!

The location of the apartment is strategic to visit Bologna and its surroundings, within easy reach of the city center (8 minutes by car) to the south, 5, 5 km from the city walls,
Or heading north if you are here for business or work, towards the industrial areas of Casalecchio, Zola Predosa, Crespellano.
It is also ideal for wine and food tours throughout the surrounding hilly area, taking the nearby Porrettana street.
The nearby tangenziale is convenient to the fair, the station and the airport.
