A charming apartment just steps from Ponte Nuovo outside the historic center. Located in a quiet small street with bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is renovated and in very good condition. The host is very welcoming, helpful and very responsive as he lives in one of the apartments. The only things to be aware of are that the bathroom is rather small and there is no oven in the kitchen, although there is a microwave and a stove.

Mathia was a very sympathetic and supportive host. He provided us a variety of suggestions for restaurants, cafes, and other nice places in the city. In addition, we have received support to ensure our further travel plans. This was definitely more than expected. Thanks! Next time in Verona I'm definitely staying there again.

We had a brilliant time, the host is great, very helpful with local recommendations. Apartments are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Would give higher than a 10 if I could.

A very pleasant and cozy place, the manager prepared a map for us with all the places of interest to visit in Verona and areas where to eat, he also cared at all times if our stay was pleasant and if we needed anything, he allowed us to leave our luggage there during the last day when leaving the accommodation, simply wonderful and like being at home, thank you very much Mathia!

Hello, I had the pleasure of meeting Mathia, the owner of this splendid establishment, located in a strategic position to explore and visit this beautiful city, Verona. Unfortunately, I was only there for a day for work reasons, but I would have loved to stay longer. As they say, a good morning can be seen from the morning and indeed, from the very beginning, Mathia showed unique courtesy and availability! I could define everything with a single adjective...
