Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Accommodation, breakfast, and dinners are excellent, located amidst centuries-old olive trees (500 years old). Close to the sea and the services of Rossano. However, the real quality that makes the difference are the owners Lea and Mario, wonderful people who make the stay truly special with their positivity and generosity.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perché era pieno ma appena siamo arrivati ci siamo sentiti a casa, gestori accoglienti e affabili, fin da subito abbiamo apprezzato la quiete e la calma del posto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
