Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:30 AM

It is possible to receive transfer service from the airport (subject to agreement with management).

The administration reserves the right to cancel bookings made with an invalid or rechargeable credit card.
Some dates of the year can only be reserved with a NON-REFUNDABLE rate.

Nice place, accessible from the Termini station by bus, and close to train and metro stations. Clean rooms, well equipped. Alex, the owner, is very helpful and accessible.

Just for one night, passing through for work. All good, excellent value for money. Definitely in Rome a reference to keep in mind for the future. Alessandro courteous and helpful as well as very clear. The only downside could be the parking which in Vile Marconi is particularly difficult but fortunately there are a couple of solutions a few steps away. I must say that in the evening I "forgot" the car on the street and I had no problems even though it is a particularly "appetizing" car.

Structure and organization ok for the Piccolotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not adequate, perhaps due to legal restrictions, but it could be presented better. Anyway overall ok.

A reference point for my Roman stays. Near Trastevere station and the pediatric hospital Bambin Gesù San Paolo Baldelli, or near the basilica San Paolo near the walls. Excellent welcome and impeccable service.

The room is not soundproof as specified in the description, in fact, the noises are quite audible. Nice and modern structure. A bit expensive for the location it is in, not very convenient. The manager is kind and helpful.

Structure with rather dated furniture and a tattered armchair. The owner is not present, managing everything remotely (it is good to know this). Renovated bathroom. All in all, the price is very reasonable considering you are in Rome. Not a very nice neighborhood but great location as it is very close to the station.

Mi son trovato benissimo al Piccolotel, è proprio un boutique hotel: ambiente tranquillo e nuovo, minimal e di qualità come se avessi soggiornato in hotel a 5 stelle. Veramente stupito su tutti i fronti, ritornerò certamente in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.

Ottima struttura, pulita, ultra moderna e con tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. In posizione molto comoda, con molti negozi nelle vicinanze, ben servita da mezzi pubblici e vicinissima alla stazione Trastevere. Che dire poi dell'accoglienza ottima del proprietario, attento a tutte le richieste/esigenze dei suoi ospiti, sempre disponibile, ci ha dato inoltre consigli molto utili relativamente al nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere un soggiorno a Roma. Grazie.

Struttura top nel suo genere, a livello di un ottimo albergo. Tutto rifinito e di qualità oltre alla tecnologia e al buon gusto. Al check-in la proprietà è stata molto cortese e simpatica oltre ad essere disponibile nello spiegare camera e mezzi di trasporto per visitare la città. Apprezzati i suggerimenti anche dei ristoranti. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e molto silenziose, il Piccolotel è sicuramente un Luxury B&B con la differenza che i prezzi sono in linea con le realtà della zona.
