Description
The new opening facility is located in the historic center of Bosa, a characteristic hamlet just 2km from a beautiful beach easily reachable
In the surrounding area of ??Bosa you can visit historic sites, spectacular coves and go up the Temo River to an unspoiled nature.

Every night in the squares it is possible to attend shows and walks among numerous local products stalls.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds
- A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet

The beach is 2km away and can be easily reached on foot
Within a few kilometers you can reach suggestive coves or choose to go up the river on walks or by kayak
The B&B has just been renovated and is located in the historic center. The rooms are very pleasant and offer all comforts. Each with its own particularity. The building dates back to the 19th century and has no lift

Che dire! Cristina e il marito sono due ospiti meravigliosi. Disponibili, presenti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Palazzotto d'epoca a 2, e sono proprio 2 passi dal centro storico, le stanze sono delle bomboniere, piacevoli da vedere e da soggiornarci. Unica pecca: non c'è ascensore. Le stanze sono una per piano, i gradini sono poco profondi e un pochino altini e arrivare ai piani, altro che step! Comunque, merita un applauso: ci tornerò sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato per due settimane in questo B&B situato in uno splendido palazzetto storico magistralmente ristrutturato nel centro storico di Bosa; le camere sono ampie, confortevoli, pulitissime e arredate con cura; i titolari sono gentili, professionali e disponibili, ci hanno praticamente "coccolato"; la colazione è ottima e varia. Semplicemente perfetto.

Struttura elegante e dotata di ogni confort, pulizia e colazione da 10 stelle. Posizione comoda sia per visitare la città che per arrivare al mare; i proprietari gentilissimi e mai invadenti, davvero un soggiorno perfetto.

Il mio fidanzato ed io abbiamo soggiornato questa estate in questa struttura e siamo stati davvero bene. Posizione strategica, vicino al centro ma anche alla spiaggia che si raggiunge attraverso una piacevole passeggiata, la struttura è in condizioni perfette, pulito e con una bellissima vista sul castello. I padroni di casa si contraddistinguono per la cordiale ospitalità e l’ottimo servizio. Non manca davvero nulla.
