I did not stay in the hotel but my credit card was debited. I wrote to booking. com to refund my money but this has not happened. It is really sad that I had to spend money even though I did not stay. While booking, I choose the option NOT to pay in advance, but I was surprised to find that my credit card was debited soon after my booking (on the booking date itself).

Guys at the reception were very helpful and friendly. They gave me some guidelines about public transportation (metro stop at 50 meters). Recommended.
