I did not stay at the Milano Ostello but my credit card was debited. I wrote to booking.com to refund my money but this has not happened. It is really sad that I had to spend money even though I did not stay. While booking, I chose the option NOT to pay in advance, but I was surprised to find that my credit card was debited soon after my booking (on the booking date itself).

Guys at the reception were very helpful and friendly. They gave me some guidelines about public transportation (metro stop at 50 meters). Recommended.

Moderation and good manners in everything. Slightly below perfection. A real kiss to give with your hands in your mouth, with your hands touching and/or touching your lips.
