This is a lovely property on the first floor of a large building near the main Train Station, which is really handy. It was fresh and clean. There was no lift and the hall light did not work. We had to use a phone light to see going up the stairs at night. The light did work on the first floor landing. No breakfast provided but there was a cafe on the street at the ground floor.

I will start by saying that, even though I have scored above, I did not stay at the property for the following reasons. I could not submit the review without scoring as required. My booking was not honored. The owner, Alfonso, was supposed to meet me at the bus station when I arrived, but instead he sent someone else who was taking me to a different accommodation. When I asked, she then contacted him and he made excuses (on the phone) of why the room I had booked was not available at this B & B. Would an honest person not come to explain what was happening? He never came to explain so I don't believe his excuse that there was some problem with "water". Would you expect a person (female on her own) arriving in a new city late evening to just accept accommodation at a B&B they did not book, without any prior warning, and being taken to that accommodation by a stranger? He had all my contact details to advise me but he did not. Needless to say, I decided not to stay at the substandard accommodation offered and I found another place to stay, even though it was late evening. I would say the owner, Alfonso, is dishonest and unreliable. If you want to make sure your booking is secured and don't want to be left stranded with poor accommodation when you arrive late in the evening in a new city, then DON'T book at this B & B. An honest person would have come to deal with the situation face to face with the client if there really was an issue.

Convenient and central place. Very nice room. The bathroom in the room is functional, except for the small shower tray. It is difficult to enter the shower cabin. Furthermore, there is no shelf for shower gel. However, the bed and breakfast deserves it. A commendation for the kindness of the owner.

Good value for money, pity about the breakfast. They say there are fresh croissants, toast, and more, but in reality there is only fruit juice, packaged croissants, milk, and a coffee capsule. However, the structure is extremely clean and newly built. The host is very kind and friendly, although a bit chatty, but it's okay.

Very clean structure in an elegant central building. Generous welcome from the managers and varied breakfast in the room. Convenient coffee corner in the hallway, with the use of a small fridge. Overall, an excellent structure to recommend.

The structure located on the 5th floor of a large building is clean and welcoming. The hospitality was very good. The B&B is very close to the train and bus station which connects you with all of Sicily and beyond. Points to improve: 1. You could hear what they were saying on the other side through the walls. 2. The wireless network connection is weak and did not allow the use of the PC.

The B&B is really welcoming. Well furnished and above all very clean. Furthermore, the location is excellent as in twenty minutes you are in the center and being very close to the station it is well served by every means of transport. The service and the availability of the staff are also very good. Excellent quality price ratio.
