This B&B is brand new and super comfortable. The rooms are big and very clean and so cozy. The private terrace in the middle of a big garden with a nice view to the alps is just perfect. The contact to Elisabetta was great. She is super friendly. Our stay there was great. Hopefully we we can sleep there again when we visit Sesto Calende the next time. Mille grazie Elisabetta!

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed and Breakfast Cascina Impiove, enjoying the hospitality of Elisabetta. The newly built location left us thoroughly satisfied, a perfect place for those who love tranquility and silence. Set in a context of renovation where the ancient and the modern blend perfectly! Beyond what is a personal thought, the structure is strategically positioned, a few kilometers from a highway exit, close to the long river (wonderful to walk along), convenient to the road that leads to circling Lake Maggiore, on the border between Lombardy and Piedmont. We will definitely return, already included in our Best Place.

La signora Elisabetta è stata una host straordinaria. Nessun problema. Anzi, ce ne ha risolti molti. Da consigliare assolutamente. Se da quelle parti, non mancheremo di riprenotare.

Assolutamente nuovissimo e pulito, con finiture realmente di pregio, camera perfettamente arredata come da foto, curata nei minimi dettagli, bagno pulitissimo e nuovo, di pregio tutti i sanitari e la biancheria da letto e da bagno. sala colazione in una room discreta e riservata accanto alla stanza, permette molta autonomia e agio. Parcheggio interno riservato e molto spazioso. proprietaria davvero cordiale, educata, disponibile e premurosa! vicinissimo al centro cittadino, pur mantenendo un suo spazio di pregio nella salubre campagna del Ticino. Davvero tutto molto bello ed elegante, ci tornerò.

Antica cascina recentemente ristrutturata immersa nella campagna, camere ben arredate e pulite, colazione varia ed abbondante e soprattutto gentilissimi e disponibili Mirko ed Elisabetta. Consigliatissimo.

Ho passato un buon soggiorno da Elisabetta e Mirko. La camera era confortevole e molto pulita. Il luogo e vicino al centro città eppure molto calma e riposante. Gli ospiti sono di une grande gentilezza e li raccomando sinceramente.

Luogo immerso nella campagna vicino a Sesto Calende, silenzioso e tranquillo. La struttura completamente ristrutturata è confortevole e curata, è possibile fare colazione all'aperto in piena autonomia, infatti la camera è dotata di una piccola cucina.
