We loved it! First of all, Talia is such a nice and friendly lady who makes you feel very welcome. The room was tidy, clean, and cozy with an air conditioner, fridge, and we had our own bathroom. Lovely breakfast, perfect distance to walk into the City. Thank you Talia for your smile and charming place!

Talia is an exceptional person, always ready to help and provide information. She takes care of her guests. The breakfast is very abundant, she even offers the English breakfast (eggs and bacon) if desired. She changes the bedding once a week and the towels every two days. Furthermore, the location is exceptional, a 15-minute walk from the city center, not accessible by car due to the ZTL, with the advantage of being able to park the car in the private courtyard. The only very small issue may concern people with difficulty moving around, as the apartments are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Bologna.

Beautiful accommodation well located but lacking privacy as the room door is very 'light' and glassed but not completely opaque so when the guests in the next room get up at night to use the bathroom, there is a strong light that comes into the room, not to mention the noise caused by this bathroom next to the room. The lady was very nice but served us a very simple breakfast (1 croissant and some toast, without butter!) while the other guests had piadine with ham, mozzarella, tomatoes, bread... it has a strange effect...

Gentile Signora, i clienti che erano al tavolo con voi vengono da 14 anni durante il periodo Fiera Cersaie. Vogliono quel tipo di colazione e pagano Euro 106 x notte. Io vi avevo detto che il vostro prezzo era quello dei periodi normali anche se per un giorno ancora in Fiera. Se ricordo bene Euro 74+euro 6 tassa soggiorno con bagno in camera.

Mrs. Talia welcomed us very warmly, helped us create a beautiful memory of Bologna. Very convenient location, especially for the climb to the sanctuary of Madonna di San Luca. Having a parking spot was extremely convenient. Cozy, clean, and quiet room. Very rich breakfast served always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Exceptional location, quiet despite the proximity to busy streets, unmissable the possibility to park the car and just a stone's throw from the center. No other B&B in Bologna so close to the central area offers you this convenience. If we add the cordiality and sympathy of Talia, who manages the structure excellently, the result is excellent. We know where to come when we have to stay in Bologna again!
