The room we had booked was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the two nights we spent at the City Garden Guest House were perfect for us. The house is easily accessible by bus from Olbia Airport and is about a ten-minute walk from the city center. The information provided by Roberto, the owner, before and during our arrival, was efficient and helpful. We also had an excellent pizza dinner right next to the Guest House on our first night, on Roberto's recommendation. Thank you for these first steps in Sardinia!

A highly recommended accommodation, I would go back. Roberto very attentive, excellent service. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. They offer chairs and umbrellas for the beach. A convenient and easy place to park.

La struttura è carina, purtroppo i letti non sono confortevoli e i cuscini sono decisamente troppo alti, ci siamo alzati con un problema alla cervicale, poi il bagno non è riscaldato e d'inverno non è piacevole.

Mi preme rispondere non tanto ai clienti che ci hanno fatto questo bel regalino di fine anno, quanto informare i clienti futuri, visto la non bellissima pubblicità fatta. I letti sono quelli singoli misura standard, mi sembrava che all'epoca della prenotazione pur di non rimanere scoperti a Capodanno andassero bene. Cuscini alti: come in tutte le strutture che si rispettino nell'armadio c'erano di scorta cuscini di altre altezze e tipologie, bastava anche solo chiedere. Bagno freddo, sono entrato in camera per accendere la pompa di calore, per stemperare, comunque siamo a fine dicembre, ma molto frettolosamente mi hanno liquidato ( dovevano uscire) mi hanno detto che preferivano spegnere tutto ( e poi si lamentano del freddo??). Per i clienti più freddolosi mettiamo a disposizione dei caldo bagno su richiesta, ma meglio scrivere una recensione negativa che chiedere no? Prezzo alto ( che poi penso sia il problema cardine di tutto), siamo allineati con i prezzi di mercato non ci inventiamo nulla, anzi normalmente siamo sotto la media con qualità più alta e per questo i nostri concorrenti spesso ci criticano ( dicono si faccia la guerra tra poveri). Eravamo al completo da oltre 2 mesi, i signori hanno trovato posto solo grazie a delle fortunate coincidenze di cancellazioni temporanee. Auguro di trovare posto le prossime volte in strutture migliori e più economiche

Structure really very nice, very clean. The owners very kind, always willing to meet our needs. Honestly before going I had read a quite negative review, which seemed strange to me since from the very first contact with them I found them very open, precise and kind. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Grazie mille per la bella recensione ed in generale per le belle parole. Purtroppo siamo consapevoli che la legge dei grandi numeri dice che non si possa essere simpatici a tutti e che il buon feeling non possa essere universale al 100%. Siccome di mestiere non facciamo i cabarettisti sappiamo che sia fisiologicamente che matematicamente sia normale ricevere anche qualche recensione negativa. Fortunatamente sono casi isolati e da valutare con attenzione. L’importante è che ci sia sempre buonafede e reciproco rispetto. Con la Signora Mihaela ed il suo splendido gruppo è stato un colpo di fulmine immediato. Tornando alla recensione parzialmente negativa accennata sopra, non nascondiamo comunque il disappunto perché ci stava per creare un discreto danno economico, come se non bastasse già la pandemia. Altro che critiche costruttive ed eccesso di permalosità! Comunque, questi ultimi splendidi clienti speriamo tanto di rivederli come nostri ospiti al più presto. Grazie ancora per la vostra visita.

Delightful property, well furnished, clean and welcoming. Close to the center and a three-minute drive from San Giovanni Hospital. The owner, a wonderful person, granted us a late check out for free, also offering us breakfast before we left. What can I say, in a sad moment of our life, it was a pleasant note that made us feel at home. See you soon.
