Our B&B is a short distance from the sea in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Agnano) at Napoli art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the old city centre. "Domus Borbonica" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll and shop in the shopping streets be amazed by the work of our artisans, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Close by our guests will find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 320 m away there is the "Basilica di Santa Chiara". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Arturo Collana Napoli".

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 13 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:

Perfect location to visit the city by foot. It was clean and quiet at night. Everything worked very well. Overall we were happy with our stay. Because it is called bed&breakfast, we were expecting a breakfast but it was not provided.

A very nice b&b situated in via Toledo. Everything that you want to reach in the centre of Napoli is very close - piazza Plebiscito, teatro San Carlo, funicolare station, metro station, Quartieri Spagnoli, Galleria d'Italia and many, many other places. The room was really large and comfortable. The b&b is situated in a very old typical house, so you can feel yourself in the old epoch of this magnificent city. Thank you!

Centralissimo, pulito, accogliente e discreto. Ci tornero' ogni volta che verro' a Napoli per lavoro. Vicino a tutte le funicolari, alle fermate della metro 1 e 2 si possono raggiungere tutte le destinazioni possibili.

Posizione strategica per visitare tutto il centro di Napoli. La struttura si trova in un palazzo storico del 1500! Massimo il titolare mi ha dato tanti consigli su cosa vedere. Ci tornerò con più calma per restare qualche giorno in più. Sotto il palazzo in pochi metri ci stanno tanti ottimi bar dove fare colazione.

Posizione super, con garage a parte distante 80 metri. Sulla via Toledo nei pressi della fermata metro Toledo, a cavallo tra i Quartieri Spagnoli e Spaccanapoli. Da consigliare!

Disponibilità massima del gestore e del perse, struttura bellissima e centralissima, forse si potrebbe migliorare l'offerta della prima colazione aggiungendo maggiore quantità di prodotti freschi tipici del posto magari ma nel complesso è stato un soggiorno splendido e non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
