Description
Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home or for business travellers.

The apartment is entirely available and it is newly renovated, with new furniture and accessories. We can accommodate up to 4 travelers.

We offer our customer bright and quiet air-conditioned rooms, FREE internet access, child's bed (on request), TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment consists of:
-a living room with table, sofa bed for two and TV
-a bedroom with access to a balcony and with double bed
- a bathroom with all facilities, shower and washing machine
-a completely new kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and all the necessary for cooking, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge with freezer.

The apartment is notified at the Tourism Autority of Lazio and at the Municipality of Roma Capitale as a private rented accomodation for tourist use. For this type of accommodation, breakfast service is not available.

Our prices are all incluted. No Tourist tax and no other charges. Wi-fi is free

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay

Rate facilitated for children below three years of age: 10 Euro to night.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment of the deposit by credit card or bank transfer or PayPal.
Upon arrival the balance of the rent is required, the tourist tax and a security deposit of Euro 200.00 to be paid in cash.
The deposit will be refunded in full on the day of departure after verification of the condition of the accommodation and exclusion of any damage.

Booking up to two guests requires the preparation of a double bed only. The preparation of the second bed (sofa bed) is carried out after booking the third guest. The preparation of the second bed with only two guests booked entails a supplement of 10 euros in the summer season and 15 euros in the winter season
To confirm the booking a deposit must be versed by credit card directly on the site bed and breakfast or through banking payment or Paypal. The extreme for the payment will be communicated for e-mail .
A deposit for security of € 200 is due prior to the Check-in Date. The sum will be refunded at the end of the lease, after checking the condition of the property.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto ciò che serve, con la cucina a disposizione. Nel quartiere si trovano bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e negozi e un supermercato a 2 minuti da casa. Fermata degli autobus a 100 metri (con il bus 90 si arriva in 15/20 minuti a Termini), mentre la stazione della metropolitana si trova alle spalle, raggiungibile in 10 minuti. Proprietari molto disponibili e cortesi.

L'appartamento comodo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Situato vicino alla fermata degli autobus (si arriva in soli 15 minuti alla stazione ferroviaria di Termini) con a pochi metri supermercato e ogni servizio possa servire. La Signora Aprile gentilissima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

La posizione è servita bene dai mezzi e si arriva in 15/20 minuti in pieno centro, è molto pulito e curato servito di Wi-Fi e TV ci sono proprio tutte le cose che ti servono come se fossi a casa tua. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Fulvio.
