B&B Via Toledo 156

I had a wonderful stay at the B&B Via Toledo 156! I loved being right in the Spanish Quarter with walkable access to everything, or a quick trip on the Metro for longer distances. The morning chats with Giovanna over breakfast were appreciated, and I loved how clean and quiet the room was despite being right above one of the main shopping strips in the city. I hope to return to Naples one day and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Alessandro again. Thank you very much!

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it! Great location on the main shopping street in the center of downtown, from which one can walk to most tourist attractions. The room was simple (bed, armoire, desk, tea kettle with tea and instant coffee) but adequate. Mattress was very comfortable! Bathroom had modern plumbing. Breakfast was a delicious, hearty continental breakfast with bread, cheese, fresh fruit, and espresso coffees. Alessandro and Giovanna went out of their ways to help me with my luggage coming and going, as I am mobility impaired and was traveling alone. They also advised me about buying tickets online, the metro, etc.

This B&B is beautiful, spacious, cool, and clean. Alessandro and Giovanna are the most delightful hosts: they provided us with a delicious and unique breakfast each day, and they are extremely friendly and welcoming too. We stayed for six nights with our young son, and we all felt very much at home. The B&B is in a great position, right next to the Spanish Quarter, which is full of bars, cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops. It's also perfectly positioned for museums, churches, castles, the seafront, and the Metro for traveling further afield. If you're traveling to Naples, we'd highly recommend staying at Via Toledo 156.

A fantastic property made even better by a very welcoming host who went out of his way to make this a great trip. Alessandro made sure we were well armed with great tips for food, gave us information about the best places to go for sightseeing, and arranged transport from/to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was clean and modern, the location perfect for close to the metro and all the key tour starting points, whilst still being just a 5-minute walk from the port. Would 100% recommend this to anyone, and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at B&B Via Toledo 156. Staying in the heart of the city allowed us to move around very easily and when we were in our room, it was so quiet and tranquil after a very busy day exploring the city or the surrounding areas. The host was fantastic and helped us a lot with tips and suggestions on sightseeing, transportation, and places to eat amazing food. We felt really looked after and appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is located in the middle of the city but is a quiet and clean space. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread and conversations were always enjoyable.

Although it seems a bit overdone to rank the maximum score, B&B Via Toledo 156 is a really good place to stay when you are in Naples. Within walking distance of all the nice places to be in Naples. This was our second visit and the location, service, and facilities are above expectations. Alessandro is truly exceptional for his advice and hospitality.

Alessandro made sure everything was perfect. The directions on how to find the B&B or which means of transportation was most suitable or the places to eat or what to visit. A great help, a perfect host. The B&B is a 10, everything is new and very clean. A sixth floor with elevator. Spacious and spotless room and bathroom. In the rooms, you also have everything you need to make a coffee and enjoy it with a cookie. Wonderful breakfast: coffee, tea, juices, fruit, sweet and savory, bread (like a good host, Alessandro made sure before our arrival to ask if we had any allergies). Also, we had filtered water available to start our tours. I don't think you can ask for more. And finally, the location. In the best place, close to everything. Fabulous.

Magnificent experience. We spent a week, my partner and I. We felt at home. We had privacy, tranquility, and an excellent attention. Recommended! Via Toledo is chaotic, but under the structure, you can find practically everything. The room is nice and modern, and it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The organization of the check-in and check-out is perfect; last but not least: Alessandro, the host, is responsive (he answers every request quickly) and friendly. The Toledo metro is 50 meters away, and this is also not an insignificant detail for moving around.

3 fabulous days! The B&B is located in an excellent position right in the pedestrian part of Via Toledo 156 (yet very quiet at night), convenient for walking around the city! We were warmly welcomed, and the service was impeccable! Ready to meet every request and provide us with useful suggestions! Excellent cleanliness and room equipped with every comfort (even separate waste collection)! And the breakfast… All typical homemade products… even special fruit juices from local producers… it will certainly be our base for future trips to Naples (hopefully soon)!

B&B Via Toledo 156: when a review becomes difficult to make, as there are no negative notes. The b&b managed by Alessandro and Giovanna lives up to the previous 5-star reviews and does not disappoint, but rather it would be worth giving it 6 stars. Just as Alessandro knows how to support and advise you well in advance of your arrival, it shows the love and heart they put into their "work". We stayed in room 6, spacious and tastefully furnished with a balcony where you can enjoy a nice coffee in the morning, coffee or tea that you can already enjoy in the morning thanks to the kettle and tea bags available in the room. The room offers all the comforts you might need, from the minibar to the outlets for all types of plugs without forgetting the USB, up to the attention to earplugs, which however you could do without, being on the sixth floor and with excellent fixtures to protect us from noise. Comfortable bed, silent air conditioning, and small details that make the difference between an anonymous hotel and a room cared for with love and in search of the guests' desires, including the possibility for those who don't have time or are lazy to order Neapolitan delicacies to take away maybe when leaving to not forget Naples, a service not taken for granted offered by Via Toledo 156. The breakfast was of high quality for its freshness and served with kindness and care by Alessandro or Giovanna, who are ready to give advice or simply have a chat between a bite of a sfogliatella and an excellent coffee. It may sound like a trivial sentence, but in reality it is not, staying in this b&b is like staying with a generous and attentive friend. Beautiful idea of the water dispenser at the entrance that we used without restraint. If you want to take home an artistic souvenir not trivial of your stay, you can choose between the useful personalized water bottle, which was very useful to us, the mug or magnet, etc., created in collaboration with the artist Angie. I could go on for a long time describing how well we felt, but we don't want to exaggerate, because if Via Toledo 156 became too famous, we won't find any more available rooms for our next stay for sure. They say “you return where you left your heart” and for us it's the second time at B&B Via Toledo 156, we thought it was already perfect the first time, but Alessandro managed to amaze us!! The location is extremely convenient, right in the city center and close to the “Toledo” metro stop, the building is an elegant palace with 24-hour concierge and elevator. The entrance to the structure is super technological but very simple thanks to the detailed instructions that will be provided to you, the rooms are modern, well-kept, very clean and equipped with all comforts and courtesy set, there is even the possibility to fill the bottles with still or sparkling water. Breakfast is the highlight, including an abundance of Neapolitan pastry delights, artisanal juices and jams and a well-executed cappuccino all surrounded by a pleasant chat with Alessandro or the fantastic Giovanna who will advise you best for your cultural and gastronomic itineraries. We will definitely return, after all there is no two without three!!!

The positive experience started with the contacts prior to departure: Alessandro organized the transfer from Napoli station to B&B Via Toledo 156, explained the access methods to the property with detailed photos and descriptions. He also indicated dozens of venues (pizzerias, trattorias, cafes, street-food, etc.) in the vicinity of B&B and beyond that we could visit during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cordiality, availability, and friendliness by Giovanna who showed us the rooms and explained with extreme clarity the services offered and the simple and obvious rules to follow in respect of both the structure and the other guests. The rooms were extremely clean, well-furnished, equipped with a kettle and various herbal teas at your complete disposal. In the bathrooms, also impeccable and sanitized, we found some nice welcome gadgets as well as consumer products in dispensers and towels. Even the daily cleaning was done with care and expertise. What about breakfast? Sfogliatelle, filled croissants, cakes, and then small pizzas, croissants, bread, jams, artisanal juices, yogurt... in short, a real delight. The common areas are cozy and tidy, with a dispenser for natural and sparkling water available to guests. B&B Via Toledo 156 is on the 6th floor (with a free elevator) of a building with access from the very busy Via Toledo, just a few tens of meters from the metro stop, the central funicular, and bus stops; very convenient services for getting around the city and beyond. Moreover, with short walks, you can reach places and monuments of interest for every need. In short, a truly strategic position that, with the valuable advice of Giovanna and Alessandro, allowed us to organize a truly pleasant and complete stay. Simply perfect in every way, starting from the location practically in the center of Naples, close to the historic center, the Spanish quarters, and transportation. Alessandro and Giovanna, two very helpful and professional people, attentive to every need. The B&B has only 3 rooms, all comfortable, quiet, and very clean. They come with air conditioning and large windows or balcony, as well as a kettle in the room and a supply of tea bags, instant coffee, and chamomile. The atmosphere is familiar and engaging, with many useful tips and assistance for booking visits or for getting around. Alessandro is a perfect host.

The B&B Via Toledo 156 is located in via Toledo and therefore quite close to most of the tourist attractions in Naples. Alessandro provided us with a series of useful information even before our arrival, and both he and his collaborator were very kind and helpful. The structure consists of 3 rooms plus a small room for breakfast, and everything is very new and tastefully decorated. My double room was spacious and I had everything I needed to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hours, a minibar with paid products, and a safe. In the corridor, there is a dispenser with still and sparkling water available for guests. The sleep was excellent, and no noise was heard despite being in a central area. The bathroom was spacious with a shower and bidet. The cleanliness in general was more than good. The breakfast was also good and is also an opportunity to have a chat, ask for advice, and talk with Alessandro or his collaborator. My stay was pleasant, and I feel like recommending it for a vacation in Naples.

The structure is located on the central Via Toledo, a crucial hub to reach all the city's places of interest and just a few steps from the metro. The rooms are well air-conditioned, very clean, equally well soundproofed, and made lively by the furnishings and walls colored with bright colors. The breakfast is abundant and personalized to guests' needs. The quality comes from genuine local products, often homemade. Alessandro, the owner of the structure, is a very kind person, always available to follow and offer all kinds of support to guests from the moment of booking until the end of the stay. Even Giovanna, with grace, kindness, and availability, has helped make our stay in Naples very pleasant. Highly recommended structure for those who want to visit the city.

This excellent B&B, recently renovated with extreme care in the furnishings, located in a central position just steps from the Toledo metro stop, is run by a very kind and young Neapolitan who welcomes his guests with great passion, professionalism, and attention to detail even before their arrival by sending all the necessary information to their mobile phone to fully enjoy the splendid Naples. In the management, he is assisted by a very good collaborator, also efficient, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the customers. The access to the structure and to the modern and comfortable room is entrusted to home automation. The cleanliness is impeccable both in the room and in the common areas. In the room, nothing is missing (large bathroom with courtesy kit and hairdryer, double pillows, WI-FI, television, minibar, bottles to fill at the water dispenser in the corridor). The windows are soundproofed, so the noises of the very busy Via Toledo stay outside. Excellent, abundant, and always varied breakfast, all based on delicious local sweet and savory high-quality products. A special mention to the juices and jams produced by an organic company in the area, truly exceptional! Extremely advantageous value for money.

Very beautiful structure, the recently renovated rooms are very functional, very quiet and welcoming. The details of the rooms have been taken care of a lot and this makes them very personalized. Already before your arrival you feel “pampered”: Alessandro, the owner, available to provide information about Naples and very present. Immediately he conveys his passion for this activity. What can I say, my wife and I have stayed in Naples for a few days three times now, and this structure and Alessandro have become a fixed point for us. Before booking the flight, we check the room availability to make sure we stay here. The location is perfect for getting around the city without the need for transportation, and even though it's in the city center, being in a large building means there's no disturbance from the nightlife. The rooms are spacious, spotless, completely new, and there's great attention to guests, or should I say friends, as a great relationship is immediately established with Ale and his new assistant Giovanna, who is very knowledgeable and kind.

Excellent location: close to all the streets of Spaccanapoli, close to the Spanish quarters, close to Piazza del Plebiscito, etc. 50 m from Toledo metro station, recently completely renovated building located in a pedestrian street, very important especially in the evening when going out for a walk. Fantastic! I stayed for 3 days in room number 1. I would start by saying that Naples is a fantastic city, but let's talk about the B&B Via Toledo 156. Alessandro, fantastic owner, immediately showed interest by sending me a lot of information on where to eat, places to visit, and tips to make the most of the city. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The area is great, walking around you can reach everything in a short time, even for going out in the evening it's a very quiet area, we were two girls and we felt really safe. Absolutely recommend, we had a really good time.

Before booking, my husband and I read the reviews on B&B Via Toledo 156 and we suspected that the customers were exaggerating. It wasn't possible for everything to be so perfect! And yet EVERYTHING MATCHES REALITY! Alessandro, from the day of the booking, followed us, directed us with his valuable and competent advice. At the Naples station, a driver was waiting for us who took us to the B&B, located in a historic building, with a 24-hour concierge. Alessandro welcomed us near the concierge with a big smile that immediately made us feel at home. We took the elevator to the sixth floor and, as soon as we opened the door, my husband and I looked at each other amazed because from the chaotic Via Toledo we had magically entered another dimension, silent, tidy, fragrant, organized down to the smallest details. But were we really in Naples or in a B&B in Stockholm? Everything perfect, beautiful and bright room with modern furnishings, bathroom with faucets that even shone, meticulous cleaning that follows all the anti-Covid regulations for disinfection. What more could we want? We were already happy, satisfied with our choice. But the surprises were not over. The morning breakfast... no words! Selected fruit, already cut and arranged in beautiful dishes of local ceramics, delicious mini pastries different every morning, jams and single-portion fruit juices produced by a bio company from Avellino whose flavor cannot be described, it can only be tasted! Alessandro always present, ready to give us advice on Naples and its wonders. We, almost seventy years old, have been fortunate to travel a lot, in Italy, in Europe, in the world, but we have never found a person who, like Alessandro, did his job with such great passion, love, preparation. Alessandro is a fantastic person and I will return to his property. Everything I hoped for from his B&B has come true, and more, much more. As soon as I booked, I immediately received a myriad of useful information for our trip and for the typical places to visit in the surroundings, all via WhatsApp. The conversations continued, even though it was Easter, with immediate responses to our questions on how to get to the property and other curiosities about the mechanisms of public services in Naples. Room 5 is a very beautiful double room decorated in a very attractive artistic style. The details inside the property are modern, with smart lock closures and an en-suite bathroom with an easy-to-use shower. If you add to all this the location of the property, in the middle of Via Toledo, I must say I spent some beautiful days returning to Naples. Thank you Alessandro for your help beyond all expectations and limits. I will return soon with the whole family to fill the apartment and to visit many of those other places that I couldn't visit in just two days. These are truly the facilities that are a pleasure to find. Alessandro is not just a B&B manager like many, but he is actually a friendly, professional, friendly and extremely helpful host to please the guests and make them feel at home: we felt exactly that way! The structure is completely renovated and renewed: absolutely impeccable cleanliness (much better than many renowned grand hotels), comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix and mineral water always available. A separate discussion deserves breakfast, a great highlight of this structure: every day Alessandro provides Neapolitan pastry products, fresh from the oven and of exceptional quality (brioche, cakes, sfogliatelle, babà, various sweets), together with other products always of very high quality to accompany (jams and fruit juices of local production) and excellent coffee/cappuccino prepared on the spot. Last but not least, all of Alessandro's suggestions on what to visit and on recommended or to be avoided trattorias/pizzerias were 100% accurate. Strategic location for exploring the city on foot, 10 minutes from the sea and the center, very well served by public transport (both metro and funicular). Spacious and very clean room. Excellent breakfast with typical Neapolitan products provided by a family pastry shop, fantastic also the gluten-free one (AIC certified). Fantastic welcome, Alessandro (manager) is very kind and available for any request! We will be back!
