Our guesthouse is placed a stone's throw from the sea at Catania art and culture location, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the old city centre. "Magione Del Re - Sicilian Rooms" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a residence with unique, original style.

Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets enjoy local craft products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Near our facility you can find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Angelo Massimino di Catania".

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for work and business trips, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 16 do not pay municipal tax

Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

The property is centrally located and convenient for walking to many cultural attractions and the nightlife of Catania. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast very rich and of high quality. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. It was a special week!
