You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Quartier ist ruhig und man schlägt hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich. Wir werden gerne wieder hier buchen wenn wir nach Rom kommen.

Ero in zona per un corso e questo B&B mi ha reso il soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Essendoci una piccola cucina la sera ho potuto non uscire e mangiare comoda come a casa. La camera rossa, molto grande e pulitissima, come tutto l'appartamento. Ho apprezzato la Zona silenziosa leggermente spostata dalle vie trafficate. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un ambiente famigliare pur essendo via da casa propria.

La struttura è ottima e accogliente, in una posizione perfetta per chi deve girare la cittá, stanza pulitissima con wc interno alla stanza.

Purtroppo, sebbene avessimo prenotato la stanza verde, siamo state spostate (senza essere preventivamente avvertite sostenendo che tanto non avremmo trovato niente) in una piccola stanza, con un bagno minuscolo in cui è difficile anche fare la doccia, senza aria condizionata. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta per il caldo combattendo poi con le zanzare. La spiegazione è stata che Booking aveva prolungato la sosta degli altri avventori senza che loro potessero farci niente. Non ho ben compreso questa spiegazione. Ci è stato fatto uno sconto di 3 euro. Inoltre la colazione era con merendine confezionate e che scarseggiavano. Non posso lasciare una buona recensione per i motivi suddetti. Spero che, visto che sono aperti da poco, migliorino con l’esperienza.

Sono stato ospite assieme alla moglie e a mia figlia di due anni c/o questa struttura dal 3 al 8 ottobre. Dire che ci siamo trovati bene è riduttivo in quanto l'accoglienza è stata eccezionale. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili e pronti a dare ottimi consigli per un bel soggiorno a Roma. La stanza con bagno (a cui è stata aggiunta pure la culla per la bimba) è spaziosa e molto curata così come la pulizia. Non è situato nel cuore di Roma ma lo stesso è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (Linee degli autobus a poca distanza e Stazione metro a circa 10 minuti di cammino) Nelle vicinanze ci sono inoltre tutti i servizi di pubblica utilità (Negozi/Bar/Farmacie/). Sicuramente ci tornerò e lo consiglio.
