An absolutely brilliant B&B. The pre-visit communication, welcome and helpfulness of the staff was second to none. They were happy for us to leave our suitcases there for a couple of days while we visited the Amalfi coast, even helping us carry the luggage up the stairs to the property as the lift is under construction. As a warning to those with mobility restrictions, I would double check with the property that the lift has being completed before booking as it is on the third floor of the building. The B&B itself felt like an oasis away from the busy Napoli streets. It was very clean with all the amenities in the bedroom including Nespresso machine, Twinnings tea and kettle and mini bar/fridge. It felt more like a hotel than a B&B. The breakfast was delicious with my only suggestion for improvement being some low-carb options (eg meats, cheeses, eggs). That said, the stylish decor and warmth from the staff (Francesco!) were real highlights and we hope to return to a fantastic B&B.

We recommend the VistaViva B&B, very clean establishment with the pleasant welcome from Massimo and the staff we met. Very well located as it is close to the historic center; small downside, be on guard as night approaches because the area around the station can be rough as in all cities, but the hotel is well secured.

We stayed at the VistaViva B&B after visiting their pages on the B&B.it website and we were impressed by them. The reality was better than the photos because the structure is new, very clean, furnished in a very fine way and with all imaginable services. The B&B is located near the metro stop "Garibaldi" from where you can easily move around Naples. Highly recommended!

The structure is charming and well-kept, close to the station so not beautiful on the outside, although quiet in the sense that we were never bothered nor had problems during reaching the structure. The manager is a friendly and helpful gentleman who gave us excellent cultural and gastronomic advice.

We had a great time! The location is very convenient as it is very close to the station even if a bit run down, but that's not the VistaViva B&B's fault. Fantastic cleanliness, the manager was welcoming and kind, he also recommended places to see and where to eat. Perfect, I would come back!

Exceptional structure and manager. Beautiful, very clean and very welcoming room. Much appreciated the welcome kit in the bathroom, beautiful idea to find a coffee machine with capsules for a quick breakfast. Very convenient structure to public transport and the center of Naples. Super helpful and welcoming manager, we also received advice on what to visit and where to go for local delicacies. Definitely to recommend and return! Checked in remotely without any problems at 8 pm, found maximum availability from the manager.

Very clean and with all the comforts, including the bed which I found comfortable. Better than a hotel. Despite being on a central street, the rooms are really soundproof. I would have given a score of 10 to everything if it wasn't for the breakfast which, unfortunately, at the affiliated bar, was a real disappointment. Secondly, the fact of being very close to the Central Station is a big advantage, but the neighborhood and the buildings around resembled a lot to a Casbah. However, really nothing to say about the management of the B&B and the kindness and availability of Domenico, one of the managers of the structure.

We had a great time, super welcoming hosts and ready to respond to all our requests, very clean and stylish, convenient location just minutes from the station and downtown, they provided everything for our one and a half year old baby and were also welcoming with our dog, spacious and very beautiful room, delicious breakfast with sfogliatelle from a pastry shop. When we return to Naples, I will definitely go back there! Thank you so much for everything!

The structure is very modern, very elegant and refined, the remote check-in also works very well, allowing you to arrive even after office hours.\n\nIt's a shame that there is no elevator in the building because 3 floors with suitcases are a bit heavy.\n\nOtherwise, it is absolutely recommended because the rooms are well soundproofed, the bathroom is fully equipped.\n\nThere are many things available to have a snack and we had a great time.\n\nGood breakfast and very kind staff.

Excellent structure, very clean, new and very spacious rooms. The managers of the structure were very helpful for any information. Upon our arrival, they offered us breakfast with croissant and sfogliatelle. I recommend it.
