First off they said they couldn't find our reservation, despite my name clearly coming up on the computer screen. They blamed the app for the error! They said they were full and would try another hotel for us! No vacancies there. So they said you can have a room, the other people are not here yet!! Having been driving all day all we wanted was to relax. They gave us a family room rather than the double we had booked. The hotel was nothing like the pictures! Total disappointment. Breakfast was poor quality, even the coffee!!!

Moreover, we’d like to point out that you were given a quadruple room — much more spacious than the double room you had originally booked — and in a higher category, at no additional cost. We did this to ensure your comfort, despite the initial misunderstanding. For this reason, we are surprised to read such harsh comments, which seem to overlook this effort. Regarding breakfast, we offer a daily selection that includes homemade cakes, fresh croissants, bread, fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, and cheeses — aiming to provide a variety of both sweet and savory options. We’re sorry it didn’t meet your tastes, but we want to emphasize the care we put into providing fresh and quality products. The accommodation is a bit dated; it could be improved. The entrance has a driveway that is dangerous for low cars, as it has bumps caused by roots. The location is convenient to reach and is close to the town center and public transport. The parking is convenient. All in all, it is a good place to visit Siena, although in my opinion it is not exploited enough; I understand that expenses are high. We had a good stay. At reception the young man was very good and helpful, while the young woman was a little less friendly.

The only positive point is the proximity to the highway exit and to the historic center. Unfortunately,the property is "old" and should be renovated and renewed. It gives a feeling of uncleanliness,which,however,is not the case.

The structure needs some improvements because it is a bit dated. The breakfast was abundant, but the quality left a little to be desired. However, the room was clean, which personally is the most important thing, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is very good because it is close to the exit of the ring road, close to supermarkets, shops, and about a couple of kilometers from the center of Siena. The cost seems fair to me for being near the center, I would say that the quality price ratio is good.

The room overall was good but I cannot rate the bathroom as sufficient. It lacked a bidet, the floor was very damaged, and there was no disposable cap. Let's say that the night area should be slightly renovated. The rooms on the opposite side of the highway are well soundproofed while those facing the highway are a bit noisy. The breakfast was good even though some cups were chipped or cracked. The parking lot is very spacious. Excellent availability from the hotel receptionist.
